Probably the best video I have seen on Varkala, because you showed so many other places of interests like the yoga, aryuvedic and cool looking restaurants and the narrative of your own personal journey. Also, nice to see your husband, Getting more comfortable and participating in your vlogs. Selfishly, I hope this place doesn't become too popular and over crowded. In this side of the border heard of a place called Gokarna. Oh, enjoyed the waterboarding segment, envy anyone who can comfortably swim or enjoy the ocean. Tend to be terrified of doing things like that.

He always participates when we travel 😊 that's something we do together, a shared experience. And as this material is from 2019, he was already comfortable doing it back then. But there's really no point of him getting on the camera when I just sit on a chair and talk to the camera about my opinions and things I've learned in India 😊

Bodyboarding is quite easy to learn! You just need to be comfortable in the water and know how to swim. 😊 Actual surfing is something I still struggle with too 😁

Johanna In my opinion when foreigners see beach then they filled with sudden joy like they were fishes thrown out by the sea waves and when next sea wave touches them again they fill with joy to meet again with the sea water... that is what I saw in your eyes when you were enjoying in the sea water 🤣🤣😅😅 .....God bless you and your family ....keep sparkling as usual .🤩🤩

Well I can't say for others, but I've lived next to lakes or sea my whole life and I do love being in the water 😊❤️

Good to see an another vlog from the beautiful beach of Varkala. Nice place to 🏄 on 🌊, other water sports, Yoga and ☀ bath too. We get all Quintessence Soil, Water, Fire, Air and soil from our bodies made of on the site. Calm and peaceful morning on beach is really good for health. Cleanliness is other reason that attracts visitors. Ur selection of tourist spots is remarkable. And you get delicious Foody junction every where and I am pretty sure that you will arrange your food even in the wilderness. 😅 Ayurvedic 💆 is another thing which is attractive and very good for health. And Kerala is known for that. State has preserved its culture and traditions which is learnable for other states of India. Great fusion of modern and ancient culture. And I am always thankful for ur great effort to provide knowledge and hidden things of our states. But I am sad and depressed to know that u lost ur family members back to back , if it's true then it's heartbreaking and shocking news. But hats off to you that you came out strongly from this sorrow. God bless you so much that u forget that sorrow. Thanks for another beautiful vlog & sorry for my long-long comments. 😂👩💐🙏

Nice vlog✌.Traveling helps a lot through tough times.Has many benefits. I too lost my Grandpa 2 years back in December'18 and yeah I know the wrenching feeling of losing someone dear. Beyond any words to explain.😕 But it's the truth of this life and yeah life moves on. Stay tough and positive. Life's full of ups and downs but never give up and stay smiling come what may! 🙂✌

It's an extremely important topic to me and it's good to hear it matters to someone else here too! It's not a very trendy issue unfortunately even with many recent events that should suggest we pay more attention to it! Anyways, I pick my topics by how much they mean to me and not by thinking about max viewers only, so I am planning to make more vlogs about mental health in the next couple of months ❤️🙏

Kottakkal arya vaidya sala is a pioneer Ayurveda Institution, if we consider kerala Ayurveda as a mountain arya vaidya sala is its summit.

The beaches in kerala are aggressive

For IBS just use a tablet called *Rifagut* I used to have IBS for 12 long years but mine got cured after taking those tablets for 10 days daily. I'm not joking. I can understand your misery & hope yours is cured soon.
