Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Today I took a day off from MischiefMaker and decided to make a video about who I am and who I was growing up.

Kudo's for Matt's off road recovery!! He has lead many who watch his I Tube videos to Paul at Fab Rats, Robbie Laten Nation, and all the other jeepers, and Mischief maker, of course!! I'm a 73 year old granny who wishes I had more life and money for such fon monkey business. In Missouri we would call you a well rounded specimen of blarney, spit and vinager who knows her way, and can hang with the best in any crowd, and with a wonderful outlook on Life. God bless you!

As someone who emigrated from the UK , I love your annunciations and your awareness of the words and expressions that just don’t translate. I can see how hard you work at it. Makes me smile as I am still doing this after nearly 30 years here :-)

One thing I’ve learned in my 78 years is never judge anyone. I have met some of the most incredible people and you’re another one. You just never know where people are coming from or what they have experienced. But I’m usually astounded. Such a beautiful story and I appreciate you sharing it.

Hey Hollie, Pete from Wollongong Australia, not a rock crawler but a 4wd'er wandering Oz. You sound like you are a beautiful soul! Your empathy for your fellow humans shows through. I am married to the most wonderful Scottish lady and you all seem to have this wanderlust in you. Love your work, love your beast of a vehicle and keep up the good work. Walter is a lucky man!!

Went from Matt's over to here to find out about your origins. All I can say is WOW, Walter knew right off what a wonderful human he had right in front of him. Now, we out here are privilaged to be part of your life through YT... BTW, what a wonderful voice. One of my favorite pieces is "Time to Say Goodby" by Andre Bocelli and Sara Brightman. Love to hear your rendition of it.

Thank you so much for opening up to us as strangers. Your love of music and the outdoors resonates with this old man. With everything you do and whichever turn you take next, don’t ever forsake the music. At 75 years old, there are many things I can no longer do, and I certainly don’t have the voice I had many years ago, but the love of and participation in music, either alone or with a chorus or small group, is still a source of joy and fulfillment. Blessings and good luck to you and your husband as you discover the many branches of your road of life. Thank you again for allowing us to ride along with you.

Being a music pro, classical music that is and a gear head is a great combo. Both my father-in-law and I are the same. He was an opera singer and restored cars. I met him when he was my vocal coach and professor. 25 years later we still work on cars and sing. I thought I’d be an opera singer too, but 24 years later still in the military. Life takes us places we never thought we’d go. You have a beautiful voice. Thanks for sharing your story.

Ah, kids seem to experiment with being mean. It gives most of us the opportunity to recognize that behavior in others and to recognize sympathy and empathy in others as well. It sucks being on the receiving end for sure, but I like to believe it helped mold me into a more caring person and, in that way, I’m grateful for the overall experience.

Thank you for sharing your experiences and opening up to your fans. Not an easy thing to do! PS, I had literally the same experience through school. Harassed endlessly due to my name (BJ) until a school switch just before my senior year, and finally found people that looked past the silly name and got to know the person. 35 years later those people are still my friends. I also lived in Italy for a few years, a bit before you did. I lived closer to the Yugoslavian border. It still existed back then. I loved it there. Thanks for the perspective and the reminders.

Thanks for telling your story, it was really interesting! It's funny how we end up where we do and the convoluted route we took to get there! I'd love to see some of your old singing videos if you're willing to share them.

Before you mentioned that you came from Scotland, I was wondering about your accent. To me it sounded mainly "American" but there was a hint of something else. As soon as you mentioned Scotland I recognized that aspect of it. My grandparents came from Scotland so I grew up hearing the accent.

Good lord Holly, I knew you had a background as an opera singer, but your voice, it's majestically beautiful! And, you're Scottish accent...love it! Ya, that coming from a 6'3", 68 year old Wyoming/Montana mountain man! Wishing all good things to come into yours's and you're mate's life!! Just one more thing, please...speak in you're native Scottish dialect a bit more in our videos, please. Lol.

Ok about the singing...You have to get a playlist and use those speakers in the Jeep when your wheeling some obstacle. Crank it up and just get your groove on digging in those tires. I'm sure the rest of the good ole boys will be sitting back and wondering, but it's your turn and your style. Bring it!!

Sheesh what a life so far! I would never have thought you were from Scotland, I am also British from England. That just blew me away, then the Italy thing, I also love Italy, I have spent some time there and have many friends. Your voice is amazing giving you were outside in the wilderness, I bet in an auditorium your voice could really be appreciated. Then off to Haiti I think you said helping people out, that must have been amazing too, I have been there too as I was in the British Merchant Navy for many years as a Marine Engineer. Then America, now how could you with a mobile home like you have ever settle down to one place when there is too much to see out there. I was close to purchasing a mobile home like yours to hitch up to a swivel or whatever it is called on my Nissan Navara Outlaw but it wasn't to be. Your short story blew me away, following you on KZread was one thing but a little bit of history well none of what you told us would have come to mind had you asked before this video. I don't understand how the opera, clean sterile world comes to collide with getting down and dirty which is a part of crawling and what you do now, One would never have guessed. You seem to have found your place with Mischief Maker and rock crawling / sand hollowing he he. Good luck to you Hollie enjoy following along with you and your good group of friends. Kind regards from England UK.

Enjoyed learning about you Hollie. I found you on Matt’s Off Road Rec and started watching ya! Enjoy the keeping experiences. But really liked this one. You see I have been friends with a Scottish lady for many years. Anna and you have the same accent, annunciating your words identically. So listening to you is like hearing an old friend talk. Love how you moved around the world and found yourself. Good show !!

I was thinking about you. The Queen just has passed away and I'm feeling a little Sad right now and I think just saying HI! to you will help me feel better like only someone from my true Home Country. I am a descendant of both Scottish Kings (John Flemings). I 've seen you running about in your Blue Jeep over here., and it always puts a smile on my face. You were only about 15 minutes away from me a few times in theTennessee mountains. GO have fun Lass! We are always with you. PS, It eained here also when you sang that beautiful song.
