Instead of adding butter later, add little bit of oil while cooking. It’ll puff up more and taste so much better.

They put half a cup of oil in the beginning with the water and flour.

I am from India 😊 this is a very interesting recipe. We make a similar looking dish ....only our stuffing varies. It is grated coconut with jagere or sesame seeds with jagere when we want it sweet. If spicy, it is coconut with soaked gram pulses, salt and coriander cooked just the way you have shown us. After watching your video, I shall try it too. Thank you for sharing this video.

Я так тоже делаю и не только с фаршем, а и с картошкой пюре с поджаренным луком, раскатываю ещё тоньше и пеку на сухой сковороде на среднем огне, а потом смазываю сливочным маслицем 😂 Вкуснятенка, ням, ням 😂😊Приятного аппетита!

I'm from Puducherry State, in INDIA. Ilike this recipe soo much as myself use to do like this in my home. But with wheat flour, using minced meat of Mutton n Chicken, as STUFFED PARATHAS. Also,with egg as STUFFED OMLETTE. My family members like this very much. I'll try this in Maida four as URSelf showed. Once again I appreciate U, as this is a *VERY NICE N TASTY RECIPE , ALSO EASY ONE TO TRY FOR ALL* MY HEARTY WISHES FOR MORE OF UR RECIPES.

This was great. I liked how he said "Let's do this" Made me feel like I was part of the process. Very friendly and well made video. Thanks... I think I'll try it maybe using tortillas.

I would add either a bean or a lentil (brown lentils) for fiber. There's a good amount of protein and flavor in the dish.
