don’t buy green onions every week! cut off the green, put the bottom part with the roots in jar with some water, and they will sprout right back up in a week!

adding a lil pasta water into the kale pesto is superb !! also, love how you showed lil clips of you using all the ingredients such a cool touch :) this whole video made me hungry and inspired me to cook more yummy meals

i literally roast tomatoes and mushrooms so much because of you. i add them to everything now. i mix them in with pasta, pizza, sauteed spinach, and yesterday i added to baked salmon

I find that white rice and quinoa blends are the absolute best for tasting just like regular pasta. You can buy a good amount of different shapes from a brand at Whole Foods. At the front it says quinoa but on the back it’s quinoa and white rice. I HIGHLY recommend it’s so good.

If you’re worried about the plastic consumption, I would suggest getting ur produce from another grocery store other than TJ’s. I’ve found that most every other place has veggies just out rather than packaged bc TJ’s really does use way too much packaging for their veggies

Great tip- you can put your green onions in water(once they’re down to the root) and put them in a window. They will keep regrowing and you can just cut them off as you go!

I started buying and loving the Trader Joe’s teriyaki baked tofu and it is just godly. Tofu is just so hard to truly penetrate with flavor so I squally just do scrambles BUT NOT THIS TOFU Amazing flavor and so so good. Best tofu ever and I thank you🙏🏽💞💞

Im vegan too and we pretty much get the same thing! I also really like: Chili and lime rolled tortilla chips(basically takis) chili and garlic cashews broccoli and kale frozen pizza crust is fireeeee ooooo and their vegan tikka masala in the freezer section!!!!

some personal trader joe’s favorites: everything but the bagel seasoning (obviously) eggplant hummus (MY FAVORITE) cashew fiesta dip (basically vegan nacho cheese!) frozen mango (theirs is better than any other brands’, i don’t know why) frooze balls (literally such good and healthy snacks!) naturally fruit sweetened jam (preferably strawberry, and it comes in a glass jar) strawberry lemonade kombucha (exclusive to trader joe’s and so so so good)

that huge tub of hummus looks exactly like something I need!!! I love Trader Joe’s for pantry staples like nuts and dried fruit and seasoning that come in glass jars! also the new instant cold brew. I know it sounds weird but it’s bomb if you can handle caffeine!

apparently earth balances palm oil comes from Roundtable on Sustainable Palm oil so it’s certified and sustainable palm oil has less of a foot print than most other vegetable oils:)🤷🏻‍♀️
