Hey everyone! I've seen a lot of people ask about seasoning the chicken before sauteing. I don't add salt because the prosciutto and chicken broth can add all the salt you need, so it's really up to you after the dish is done. My dad growing up didn't enjoy black pepper so you'll notice most, if not all of my recipes, I don't use black pepper. Other than that, you can always tweak my recipes to fit your taste. Some people like adding butter to the broth to make it richer and thicken the sauce. You can also add some white wine to the broth to brighten the flavor and make it a bit more savory! This was and has been my favorite part of New Jersey housewives, the family aspect and watching Teresa truly enjoy being a mother, reminds me completely of my mother and grandmother and all the recipes they made when my brothers and I were younger 😭💕

@TheBellalu1969 She speaks dialect just fine actually. Of course she doesn't know "standard Italian" because she wasn't educated in the Italian school system. She knows a much more organic language, the language of her family and paese.

I am looking forward to trying this recipe. My Mom was a stay at home mom with FIVE girls. So glad that you are making sure your girls get an education. I’m a single parent and would love to put more into cooking for my daughter but I am always stumped and have to think about it so much. I guess that’s what happens when Home Ec. Stopped being taught in school lol. You make it look less intimidating and fun! This episode made me realize how much food brings the whole family together and sparks a little joy.
