Sis I applied CR1Visa pero pagdating Ng green card IR1 na Siya siya automatic 10 years na maybe because pagdating ko dito sa us 2 years and 4 months na kaming kasal,kaya siguro automatic IR1 category Ng green card ko.

Hello, yes as long as temporary travel purposes and returning before the expiry of passport visa. Make it sure also I think you need permit to travel.

Hello, how long did it take you to receive the SSN after you arrived in the US. As the DS 260 form we filled already had a section for the SSN request, so we do not hv to fill in a new application separately.

Hi question lang po nung nakarating na kayo sa US may finill up ba kayo na form or additional amount pa na binayaran para makuha niyo po green card nyo? Or hinintay nyo na lang? Hi Shie nagbayad na kami before ako dumating sa US ng immigrant fee for greencard yung 220$ thru online. Pero mostly mga kakilala ko nagbayad na sila pagdating sa USA. Wala naman akong finill upon na i-485 ang alam ko sa eto yung adjustment of status for fiancee visa.

May way ba para makapag check ng status ng green card online? Tinatry ko kasi mag follow up online or mag check ng status, need nga daw nung receipt number sa form i-485. Yes wait mo nalang ang gc, icheck mo nalang yung status online yung receipt number is from immigrant fee may binigay na receipt number start IOE******** yun ang ilagay mo. If my ssn kana pwede kana magwork gamit yung temporary stamp ng passport pero depende din sa company na aapplyan mo. All the best po.

No not yet… waiting times if you lost it is 15 months. USCIS don’t want you to contact them until those 15 months have passed. If you need to travel outside the country you can get a an I-551 stamp on your passport

Hello!my green card was delivered by post but I never received I was in the mail they told me that they delivered the card in front of my card apparently but in reality I did not receive.

You'd be even happier when you have to give up that green card in your naturalization ceremony. I just surrendered mine when I became a citizen 2 weeks ago. Its sad to see the card go, but I no longer need it lol.

we waited 3 months and never received a welcome letter or green card, only a SS card, It is impossible to get ahold of USCIS so i just filed an i90 form to replace greencard and she went to her biometric apointment and still waiting 2 months with no greencard. She has been her about 9 months.
