    1. Ensure you are focused with high quality deep work 2. Make sure the work you are doing is important - If you don't do it, what are the consequences of it? - Does this put me in a better position in the future? (Does it save you time) 3. One high priority thing done a day 4. Schedule - give yourself more time for tasks

    If you were here, giving a lecture in my coaching institute which was helping us to get into a medical school...You'd literally take away the very source of anxiety The mindset we were taught was so toxic and it took me soo long to unlearn it That mindset of being "productive" just all the time, took away the joy of learning, growing through tasks and life in general I feel sad about the way things are taught and how young students absorb it into their very core Please become more famous, reach out to all the "weak" students who are REALLY trying but can't evaluate why they can't get anywhere

    Fr bru I'm studying for neet and i feel completely burnt out already and I'm only half way there I really feel scared sometimes dude on some days I'm like a caveman cooped up in my room Going absolute crazy with Bio, Physics, Chem etc Sometimes I think that I must look like one of those mad scientists from others pov 😭

    @@zarakaka1752 First, be assured that it is completely possible to crack neet within just four months. I have a friend who was enrolled in the BDS course at our college before he cracked MBBS, and he clearly told me that the last 3-4 months was the period where he truly dedicated himself to the preparation. Not just him, there are multiple droppers in my batch who had some sort of back up degree going on while they re-appeared for NEET. Now that I've cleared that up, whether you'll clear the exam this time depends entirely on your dedication. Rather than overthinking about the past or worrying about where to start, simply start studying the topics (in each subject) which you're confident about already. Starting out easy, you'll gain confidence in your own self; this ego boost is very very necessary while preparing for an entrance. Then, start moving towards the topics which you're not so confident about. Remind yourself that everything is essentially easy, learning is essentially fun. When you spend a certain amount of time actively studying the topics you find difficult, trust me, they become easy. And if you still have loopholes for certain chapters, you can simply just solve the PY Q's from those chapters. And there are some mantras for neet which you hear time and again, like stick to the NCERTs for Biology and Chemistry, study physics theory from coaching notes (if you happen to have them already), solve previous 5 years' question papers thoroughly, make sure you have strong hold on the previous year topics, give mock tests and learn to be fast and accurate-- these are things which you just have to do. And lastly, please act today on your dreams courageously. Don't let the chase for "perfection" stop you from even beginning. I'm rooting for you.

    This is so clutch. I arrived to class late today in medical school, and felt poorly about myself. I've simply been incapable of following a schedule to the T, and decided I would try making a task list. The idea of just having tasks is more attractive to me, versus rigidity. I sat down to finish my first task, and glanced at KZread as I'm studying EKG's at this moment. This video popped up, and I knew it would be gold. Exactly what I needed. Thank you Justin Sung..

    "Rigid schedules don't work" Speaking from someone who consistently failed to follow those schedules to the t for the first two weeks, that sentence put me at peace. Currently I use kanban board for my schedule

    Thank you for your insight. I'm a MINT student and sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the stuff you need to do, so it's beneficial that you provide all these facts. Also, it was good to see that you are also "just" a human and not doing 30 h work a day.

    I'm currently writing my PhD thesis and I'm overwhelmed, exhausted and I feel like I'm stuck, that feeling of procrastination is taking the best of me😥, but I don't want to give up I've sacrificed a lot to reach this point, I want to change this and be productive and finish my thesis in time. I hope I can change this by following what you said

    Personally i keep a loose schedule blocking activities into an hour or 30 mins with nsdr or a nap every 4hours and stretching every hour or two depending on the length of the previous activity and getting a snack of almonds within those stretching hours. More of a recommendation of activities than a schedule although i do try to stick to it as much as possible.

    I really love the comment on planning out procrastination/relaxation, in the personal finance sphere same with self help sphere there little talk about setting aside like x amount of money every month to maintain good quality if life, like 20-50$ just QoL money a month and with allot of productivity it is allot of if you are not grinding 48 hours a day your a failure and someone is working 50

    You mentioned in a part of your video that being a student that when you are reading and the time scheduled for that period is over and you feel that you have not learnt enough and you continue but knowing that you still have other courses to read and the time remaining in the day is short so how does a student deal with this type of situation and still be productive

    Your videos are always a reminder that a world enveloped in work is just too ideal and sometimes stressful if you are just doing what you're told.     Justin i wanted to ask a question on the higher order learning . i watched your video on the higher order learning and i started impementing it in my reading pattern . i am a student currently in my first year second semester and the courses am doing are very wide like calculus, discrete maths and some computer Science courses. The time table i set for my reading comprises of 3 courses each day to read but when i read them and try to implement the higher order learning it takes a lot of time and am not even able to read the other courses and even the course i read i might not read a lot of things that am expected to cover so i wanted to ask in what way can i make the higher order learning very efficient and being able to read other courses and being productive

    Hi, i think that in one of his videos i believe it was "studying my masters in 1/6th of the time" he mentions that implementing high order thinking really takes a lot of mental space at first but it gets easier over time and as u go over it more often, also he mentions that learning to learn this way when u are doing it for the first time takes a lot LOT of time but as u keep practicing this method it gets much more efficient.
