Superbly clear and concise, thank you brother :))
Consistent gold that helps make my training a bunch more fun and engaging, thanks!
Fantastic 4.
Lovely, Yuri. I will be doing these for sure, twice a week.
Great exercises. I've been doing static holds for time for endurance and this is a nice routine to add to that!
goood content man
Thanks for all the tips Yuri. Your training helped me achieve a 5 sec HST hold which had never happened in 2 years so 🎉 However lately my left trap cramp whenever I go upside down and can’t figure out why. Any ideas? Would be much appreciated 🙏 Also, would love to see drills on correcting overbalance handstand when your shoulders are naturally very happy to open into a backbend and for the straddle handstand same issue but with the hips. Thank you ☺️
Do you have any wrist conditioning drills in order to get them stronger for handstands? I still feel heavy and too much pressure on the wrists when I try to train for handstands.

Check out my wrist series on Vimeo, it’s one of the most detailed and thorough sequences out there as far as training and preparing your wrists for handstands and other activities. I’ve got a few other KZread videos that talk about wrists as well

Thank you very much @@yurimar , I will definitely check those. Best.
Could they be useful as warm up?

absolutely. I would just make sure to keep the efforts sub-maximal so you can conserve energy for the technical work
