    These mini technique videos are so cool! I enjoy the brief shot of information, however it might be useful to also have a longer video that goes in depth as well. Something that gets into how often to train a movement, common mistakes, building up to basic progressions--things like that. I'm really enjoying all the new kinds of content lately!

    I think it's useful with these short instructions. It gives you simple, clear directions. Everyone who's done advanced calisthenics for a while knows you have to work consistently with small steps for a long while.

    Haha....oh wait, you're serious. For the athletically inclined individual, it may take less time to master the technique using this great, simplistic tutorial. I can walk around on using my hands right now with ease, but I still see a challenge ahead if I'm going to master the standing pushups - let alone standing in the stationary position.

    I trying to learn on a trap bar. I grab the bar it's more stable than the paralets . I can do a half push up. But shoulder does not want to go down to touch nose to ground. Been there for months. No progress

    Needed this because my back doesn't understand the connection and I don't have enough strength to hold my self in the air. Can't seem to lift my belly in die air wuhahahaha

    Serious question, is it possible to do it with closed fists? I had a reconstruction years ago and I only can do fist push ups :/

    It's possible, but I recommend using a set of parallettes or handles for training.

    GUYS LITERALLY IT SEEMS SO EASY TO DO THIS BUT BELIVE ME ITS MOREOVER HARDER THAN YOUR THINKINGS , I CAN DO 50 PUSHUPS IN ONE SET BUT DOING THIS LOOKS LIKE IMPOSSIBLE, ANYWAYS JUST DO PRACTICE THEN U CAN DO THIS AND I ALSO 😅

    That's a meaningless question and impossible to answer. I didn't start from "zero" and set out to do this. I've trained for forty years, and at some point this became something I was capable of.

    @@max-tf3vo Never really had to. It takes different times for everybody. If you're already very strong, you can learn it in five minutes. If you're just starting, maybe several years.

    It's possible, but you need bars or something for full range of motion. You won't get there without doing them the way they're shown here.

    How long could it possibly take just to lean in forward just to get your feet off the ground , not high , just off the ground. I've been doing it 3 times a week along with handstand push ups on the wall

    Could take years. Depends 100% on your strength-weight ratio, balance, and general physical function. Some people move faster if they've done a lot of other training.

    If you're not already strong, you shouldn't be trying to learn handstand push-ups.

    u missing hella steps. y'all won't be able to even do the first step if your shoulders can't support your weight. Don't dislocate your shoulder. Start with pike push ups until you can comfortably perform step 1.
