DLSS is the perfect fit, Because the point of It is running games in portable mode at lower resolution which save battery life, while DLSS do the job to 1080p

you got a good point i also wanna say that graphics spces also doesn't matter to me either in my honest unpopular opinion because there are most games that still love great no matter what underpowered or overpowerd i also heard that most say that sony and microsoft and even tv companies lied to us about these resoulation being 4k resoulation and graphics spces when it's really not because if they actually made it so overprice the ps5 and xbox series x would of been so crazy overprice expensive nobody would buy it i also heard most say we are not getting real true 4k anytime soon they said real true 4k is 4096p that resoulation does exist but it doesn't exist yet with technology yet at the moment maybe in the near future is when we will see real true actual 4k maybe on playstation 6 and next gen xbox next gen tv's in the near future that's because the technology is not there yet maybe they didn't make gaming and tvs 4096p yet is because it would of made it way too expensive as well i just can't believe sony and microsoft and most companies and even tv companies lied to us with false advertisement i just wish they tell the truth by giving us true advertisement maybe they don't tell the true because maybe they are worry that nobody would buy it but i do hope the next gen nintendo hardware handheld portable mode is 1080p and dock tv mode is 1440p

the switch already uses AMD FSR in a lot of games including first party games Ex. Splatoon 3 which is how Splatoon 3 runs at a locked 60 looking as good as it does on switch. 4k/ 1440p is very likely especially considering that the switch right now is more then capable of playing a lot of its games at native 4k (while emulating its self). A good thing to keep in mind is that for the first time since the GameCube Nintendo has direct competition in the market. With the Steam Deck being a thing and with Sony rumored to be working on a new proper handheld Nintendo has to go back into the mined set of being better then the rest in order to keep up. They know now after the WiiU that they cant just bank and the success of the switch going into the next console and with this new competition they will likely try to be ahead of the rest in the handled space, so I firmly believe that the switch 2 will use DLSS and will at least support 4k upscale through DLSS. I don't think its that far of a stretch and with everything else I fell that its even for likely.

They’ve already used upscaling in a couple of games though. Even tears of the kingdom uses it. It’d be a great way to get their games to up to standard with modern tvs, I don’t see them NOT using it tbh

I think the main difference between what they currently have been using and what DLSS is is that FSR doesn’t really take that much time to implement and it’s really just a switch. They can turn on while DLSS takes time to train the AI to upscale appropriately, I haven’t looked into More modern implementations of DLSS but my understanding is that for a developer to want to implement DLSS into their games. It takes time for them to train a neural network or something like that to provide the best results which is why DLSS is better than FSR in terms of quality, but doing something like that takes a lot more time development process than just using FSR while not providing the best results it’s easier to put in your games that’s why there’s a ton more games that support FSR than they do DLSS at least the non-frame generation version, but you can take this opinion with a pinch of salt. It’s been a minute since like I said I looked into how developers implement DLSS

@@JustSomeJacob apparently nvidia is the one that trains the ai for dlss. And since dlss 2.0, it’s been generalized and can be added to any game without additional training

I really hope my third party pro controllers still gonna work on the next console (Its way more fun to walk up to friends/fammily and say hey here is a controller lets use the new console instead of saying hey i got the new console but you get the small ugly joicon)

Since it’s believed that the pro controller is going to be functional with this new switch. I don’t send any reason why other pro style controllers for the switch wouldn’t also work on the switch to. even so I don’t see any reason why these controller manufacturers couldn’t somehow update the firmware either through the switch or plugging it into a computer, so I’m not too concerned about whether or not third-party controllers will actually work for me. I’m mostly helped my third-party joy cons get supported either from some sort of adapter or if I could keep using them wirelessly

Let’s just hope this may 7th inventors meeting , we finally get a OFFICIAL Nintendo announcement that switch 2 is real and coming out this physical year. So sometime as of like Fall 2024 - March 2025 is my guess 🤷♂️

@@Dumbestintheclass no though it would be super cool if I did that, I just didn’t think my audience would be large enough to warrant having a Discord I don’t really get to talk to a lot of people about this kind of stuff because most of my friends either don’t really care or just generally not interested so what I do is make these videos to get my ideas and opinions out there because I don’t really have anybody around me to talk about it with. these kind of interactions in the comments gets my brain thinking comments, can you show me a different perspective or show me something that I didn’t think of before and I think it discord would do the same thing but the idea of managing a Discord sounds like hell. people have messaged me on Instagram though, and I’ve had some pretty nice conversations with people on there

Nintendo probably ain’t even making a switch 2, it would be just like the Wii U where people wouldn’t see the point even if the games look better, also their next console will likely have some new crazy gimmick, might not even be portable.

I think it depends on the type of magnetic like the MagSafe magnetics on iPhones don’t have issues
