Use the 3 Bulins to farm 5-2 at level 100 and your academy will have a lot of xp... tried that for fun and wasn't dissapointed

I looked Into Navadss comments and saw a bunch of comments about how she is unsinkable and that she survived pearl harbor, the entire war, and then survived two nuke tests. Don't know how true the last one is but that's badass for a common girl. Might explain her high luck.

Here is her History, well, major things. Was at Pearl Harbor - Beached Herself as to not block the channel Was at D-Day Survived Operation Crossroads, or Bikini Atoll, AKA the Nuke Tests Aniq mentioned Was used at Target practice for the Iowa Class Took 2 Arial torpedoes before sinking. One of the toughest ships to-date. And her rarity does not reflect that sadly.

people fail to understand the very basics of gacha games: there's a reason why 'common' characters are just that. you're not supposed to automatically get the next big 'SR' right off the bat. you many not ever get one at all.

Most of us know this..but eventually will get bored at seeing them that it became an annoyance. There's also the fact that we can see other skk getting the desired SR resulting to jealousy= annoyance

Don't forget that Azur Lane's gacha rates aren't too bad though. It's actually less likely that you'll get a Common (30% chance) over a Rare (51% chance) in any pool other than Light (even there, that's a lie with how much Sandy gets pulled and she's an SR) so most of the complaints are just built up annoyance over many, many event pulls. Compared to other gachas I've played, AL's rates are refreshingly fair and actually allow you to get the characters you want without having to murder your wallet (that's what the skins are for, after all, and you can pick which of those you get if you decide to go for it).

@@Thazon. I despise Rares (Blue tier) more than Normal (Grey tiers). But what makes me throw my phones most of the time when "cheap" Elites & SRs like Lusty, QE, Indy, Houston, Warspite & co in my event banners...

The bane of builders, rate up trolls! The two nukes aren't enough to kill Nevada even.

Been using them for my Mob Fleet since my Boss Fleet eats too much oil. I still like how even the common or rare ships can be very useful in the long run just for fast grinding or just saving oil due to Events.

As someone who ringed Oklahoma, I'm glad this video is finally up. Gotta say, I'm still waiting for the devs to implement an skin for Oklahoma... but seeing some less popular girls getting skins kinda recently makes me a little hopeful we'll see one in the near future.

@@Hawk2zer0 There are too many girls without skins or retrofit. Meanwhile, we have girls like Yamashiro and Ayanami who have over 6 skins each... I have nothing againts them and I even like them too but it's really unfair...

Even if many people hate them, I still love them both, especially Nevada since I oathed her and they're solid ships, especially for farming Hard mode event stages

Thanks for posting again, I love watching these reviews while eating even if I don't play Al daily.

I've been wanting to make a common/rare ship fleet, Oklahoma might just be the BB that I need, the idea of the fleet is if rare and common ships can handle higher levels like chapters 11-12. Thanks for making this video.

Oldest warships hit at Pearl Harbor (excepting the target ship Utah). Oklahoma was sunk in the attack, while Nevada beached herself at Hospital Point. Oklahoma was unsalvageable after the attack and was scrapped, while Nevada was rebuilt and served through the rest of the war.

Oklahoma was never scrapped, she was on her way to the breakers, but due to rough weather, the towing lines snapped and later capsized and sank in the ocean. As of now her wreck is still undiscovered.

Nevada's secretary story is quite nice, she's a cowgirl through and through from pistol packing to horse riding. Neva's character design for her base character is certainly something to look at and is an overall nice mature character. Nevada has been the mainstay of my primary fleet since I got her and like any ship, but enough enhancement into her and she'll do work. As for Oklahoma I actually dont know that much about her character. She doesnt have a secretary story and I dont know if I've ever used her in battle.

Oklahoma isn't bad, she's still my second highest level BB. I retrofitted mine right away and damn if she wasn't funny for the brief time she had the Rainbow Mk 7's.

Focused assault with Musashi’s 18 inch guns is a whole other meme. Either it chunks the boss for 2/3 of thier health on a single salvo or misses. (Still funny when it happens)

it's sad reading some common ship comments like nevada, pensacola for one is either outdated "muh natsuki" 10% of the time and the rest as "reeeee stop appearing ffs" but she's a cutie tbh

Showed some love for the holy sheep. You have my respect. I trully believe that Suffolk is one of the best DPM CAs in the game (if tanking is not a priority). Mine can score a whopping 3000 DMG per shot when the Full Firepower skill procs. Marvelous I must say

Honestly, as a backline using Nevada and Oklahoma can be a lot of fun because for some reason these two together seem to lay out a lot of damage for a relatively low cost. Retrofitted, of course

Fun fact: Nevada was known IRL as "The Ship that Wouldn't Die!" Look it up.

Both of them are still my primary BBs since they are the only ones I have at 120, full retrofit, max skills/stats, and oath.

I'm currently keeping a single copy of each for their retro. I don't need more Eagle tech points, I'm just doing it for posterity.

No it's fine! When your shipgirl fires their gun, a group of shells can be seen from them (the number depends on the type of gun you have e.g. Triple 406mm would have 3 shells). Main Gun mounts add additional volleys of it. So you'd see that same grouping 1 or 2 more times (depending on the number of additional main gun mounts). Main Gun Mount bonuses are seen as important dps boosters. So Cruisers with it vs Torpedoes tend to perform better damage wise (unless they go hard into Torpeodes like the Sakura Empire do). On the battleship side, some retrofits will take a main gun mount away for the retrofit (Ise, Hyuuga, Yamashiro, Fusou)...and generally the retrofit is seen as a downgrade.

Deutschland and Graf spee are next?! Looking forward to it.

Two of the Girls of Pearl, the History of These Three is a Sad One, both Nevada and Oklahoma were Struck in The Attack on Pearl, Oklahoma was Never Salvage, while Nevada was Beached to Prevent Her from Sinking, and was Salvaged and Refitted, After the Wars End Nevada was One of the Ships Used For Atomic Weapons Testing, alongside Prinz Eugen, Nagato and Saratoga, among Others, while her Sister was Refloated for Scrapping, but Sunk Under Towed... With that Said... Cut these Girls some Slack, I'm Looking at you Guys who Complain alot, They May not be the Best Ship Girls Out There, yet they are Doing their Best and Working their Hardest, not to Mention they Pioneered the Standard Type Battleship Design of Three Triple Turrets.... Nevada and Okie are one of my Best BBs, back in my Early Days in Azur Lane, and I Still Use them Today in my Framing Fleet, they're not that Powerful, but they're Strong Enough to Roflstomp enemies when Framing... They may be not the BBs you Want, but what you Need, especially when you're Starting Out... They're Quite Decent with the Right Equips when you're a Newbie Nice Review Hawk! Keep the Good Stuff Coming!

They should add the 3rd dutchland cruiser. To be fair she’ll probably be uncommon, very small chance to be rare.

8% proc on getting damaged isn't so unlikely, though it's better seen with say Hipper. But their main thing is "near Sodak-class stats+double damage skill at a heavy discount" and said low rarity/etc makes for easy enhancing/refitting Also some overlook that these two even after you''ve refittd/etc them, is they're great for upping a ship's FP in enhancement in general.

I recorded about 8 full sorties at chapter 9 and one run at the event last stage. Never had it proc once sadly.

@@Hawk2zer0 With Hipper? I wouldn't expect it to proc easily with the BBs outside of PvP (where I've seen some chain procs from the other guy's ships with such). Similar can be said of Zara's barrier skill (which has a 18% proc rate on any attack that connects be it "miss", "0" or actual damage)

Oklahoma helped me with my pr farming she's now a lvl 120 and nevada is a lvl 117

You neglected to mention their most important trait: they give each 1 reload to your BBs at 120.

I loved Oklahoma from the start *cough* *cough* Oklahoma *cough* *cough*, And I’ve used her since the very beginning for my fleet until now. Because of how difficult and strong the higher up enemies are I’m retiring her for New Jersey. I also oathed her just a few weeks ago, so yeah instant like from me.

I have Oklahoma at 120 and Nevada at 100. Also would you believe me if I said I had Oklahoma and California in my PVP fleet for a year until Ryhouu and Warspite took over. Also the Battleship row ships had 406mm guns as a what if thing

Nevada and Repulse were my starter big-gun ships, no surprise right? Unlike Repulse, Nevada can get upgraded. Nevada and Oklahoma at Rare level are reliable damage-doers, not outstanding, but consistent. They are great mob-killers at level, My Nevada (Refit) is currently lvl 105, with Love for her Commander, and is only now getting switched out for Front Line training support because the King Georges and Fast BBs are high enough to take over the Hammer Time slot.

I request a review of the Colorado Sisters, the 3 Elite BB's of the Eagle Union with the Big 7 skill

Nevada is my first Oath. Screw all you haters. *gives the finger* Nevada is bestest....yes yes Oklahoma is cute and equally good but yeah. Nevada is just a tiny bit better. Plus I believe Oklahoma's luck is lower than Nevada's. Is all down to history. Oklahoma was at Pearl Harbor and was hit hard during the attack. Though when she was recovered and was being towed back to the states for repairs. She sank enroute. *sadface* sniff.... Also, Oklahoma and Navada have one thing in common. They have Casinos!!!! Though Oklahoma's Casinos are owned by the Tribes. So cough up the money. Cough it up!! *snaps fingers* boys shack them down *giant Manjuu bouncers appear*

You know who also have a pretty badass skill and is overly hated (for good reason)???? Kent, she has "Assault Order" aka the other ship that have that skill is the Cleavbro Every 20s, 25% chance to increase the damage OF THE ENTIRE FLEET by 25% for 8s
