There's actually a Scavenger Hunt system that gives the instructions for her mission. All around the game, there's gonna be paw prints that you can tap on which gives a letter and a hint to the next paw print. The letters collected should spell out the instructions. I remember it actually having the wrong but still technically right spelling for Akashi's name.

It's a game called Azur Lane. The characters are all historical ships. There's a lot of real life history in the lore. It's hard not to watch anything related to Akashi, because she's so damn cute. (As all of the shipgirls are, but Akashi especially).

I love repair ships. With their skills and the healing from her Auxiliary items they actually give a very decent sustain to your fleet.

Yez, I got Sandy and I'm glad I didn't retire her.

I mainly use her to farm maps since she gives an extra ammo and 3 repairs so I can still use one fleet in higher maps and not have to rotate 2 fleets to even out the damage

I died 10 times before I started the questline now I died an extra five times today. Good luck on getting the Priority ships to review

But if you Queen Elizabeth then does Akashi's passive stack up if you have Royal navy vanguard ships? So they get 30% reload ?

Definitely a valuable ship to get for when you need her. Not as powerful a heal as some of the other ships mentioned, but that backline heal is invaluable. Some maps are going to hammer away at your backline and every bit of health could mean the difference. Just takes some real time to get her from that quest line.

The thing is with the meta when this video was made (both pve and pvp-wise) is to kill them quickly before they can do serious dmg to your fleet. This is why there was a war about Enty and the Twin Foxes in arena to see who can send aircraft quicker.

Pro Tip : on harder stages while clearing with your mob fleet and running low on health clear the spawn untill only 1 neutral ship in the back is up then let the timer run low to get additional 3-5 waves of healing :)

Hello this my personal review of akashi Her pros are -she is a ship that can heal not only vangard but also healing the backline Personal experiance this almost critcal thing you need to watch out when running a single backline ship (especially if its a carrier) -can gives extra repair things also adding extra ammo if your 3 staring the map Her cons are -she is very Very squishy as mention in the vid monitor ships have higher health pools -she is also light armored meaning she will take some Big damage soo try to protect her at all costs (Especially if she is flagship) Over all- akashi is a pretty good ship since she can help her team by healing Now should u use her as PVE or PVP Personally use her mainly on PVE She can be useful on PVP most of the time but really. Knowing her health pool and armore she wont stand long cause of... >enterprize lucky E air strike >hood sniping with her glory of the royal navy >warspite cause of her skill divine marksman (also turing it AP in skill Lv 6 if i remembered) >DoY skill Trepteation of whatever that can lower her defences and ulitmatly killing her in the second or third fire >Nagato...she is self explanitory Welp thats my personal review of akashi Happy grinding for PRs :)

My healing fleet consist of akashi,vestal(i know her heals aren't the best but i still use her)and either shouhou or unicorn my vanguard has no problem taking care of suicide boats

Occasionally I mysteriously see slow moving spread dot projectiles coming from my backline. Are these shot from my repair ships Akashi & Vestal?

she helps me alot Hood + Akashi & Yatsen + Ping Retro mob clean in 10-4 and i got Jintsuu in just 4 days. defenitely recc.

Akashi in ww2 was a converted battleship, kaga was converted from a battleship too. This means that they have something in common.

from amagi to prinz eugen to akashi ive just been going back into the archives

I use her clearing 10-4 on my mob killer fleet of: Nagato + Amagi + Akashi + Yukikaze + Ayanami + 1 optional IJN ship. Works well and they kill those pesky BBs in a flash.

Hi Hawk, could you also review Vestal later on?

Three reasons that really make her great for mob fleets in my opinion are a) passive healing during longer battles, b) outside of battle healing, c) the one extra ammo. The last one may not sound that important but considering how much your fleet's damage drops when you are out of ammo it can be a life saver in maps that lack additional ammo resources. I believe Akashi is also excellent for auto battles because those tend to last longer due to less efficient use of torpedoes and other attacks making the battles usually take long enough for healing to kick in. I might be relying too much on Akashi sometimes because I'm having hard time remembering how I ever survived before getting her. There aren't that many ships with some kind of healing skills in the game and even less of those specialized on healing and in that regard Akashi is one of the best. She is usually my number one choice for mob fleets. The real question is what the other one to five ships should be. If, for some reason, I'm not having Akashi in the mob fleet then I'm most likely either playing an easy map or having a full fleet with high oil cost.

You didn't mention AA Guns +1 from the 2nd LB? That and her 2 AA gun slot means that her low AA stat doesn't matter much when she can shoot 4 AA burst at once.

btw. im very new in this gem (played like 1 month~) and had maybe a bad start bcause i knew nothing about it :/ so from where do i know, which gear I put on which ship .. maybe i find something in wiki but like i´d said im new here and lf some tips/guides and this!

by secondary gun to explain it you see those cruisers and destroyers only have 1 gun and a torpedo? you see them firing weak shots before their main guns

For those who never bothered to check the Wiki you have to pat her 30 times to start her quest chain. It is a very long one requiring the finish of 8-4 at some point near the end so bare that in mind if you are just starting the game.

I watched this again two years later solely to be killed again by that opening.

It would be interesting to see how the fleet would work if you got Akashi, Enterprise and Vestal in your Main fleet. It would be lack of firepower from back line, but then you could put out more glass cannons at front since you will then get 6 emergency repairs i assume and lots of ammo. It be interesting to see how good their combined healing is.

Akashi is a fan favorite of mine so I don't mind losing DPS in the backline for her. Enterprise, Akashi and Unicorn are my top 3 favorite ships in the game and anime. Enterprise is my all time favorite and Akashi and Unicorn are tied for 2nd

I found the secondary gun by pure accident. I run Akashi with Yorktown, Phoenix and Cassin in a zombie fleet. The gun is able to shoot down a jihad boat on its own, just not a chain of them. I'd imagine Akashi just pulls out a nailgun and one shots a Tiger with it.

Somewhere between buying the gulag theme to put Akashi in it and heehee hoohoo lil merchant neko. Either way I pay her.
