Many times that is caused by a faulty CPU on the motherboard. There’s really no good fix for it tho.

Don’t worrie man your not alone my Nintendo is like that

there’s other variations of the screen, here’s an example: purple, orange, green

I have my one that's in this same situation. My poor pokemon shiny family, my superhero mii fighter ocs and my huge process of LOZ Breath of Wild are in that console and its files. I don't want to let them go. :( Plus, it happened to me when I was trying to update my game system.

You can reflow cpu and ram to fix but it dosent always work they need reballed tbh

What I did was when it went to black screen I put pressure on the middle of the screen it worked its because the chip is broken and needs to be replaced

Hold the power of button and the rise and lower noise buttons

I have it but you have to hold the both volume buttons and power buttons and then it will be on maintenance mode then intalize it with deleting data

My little brother just tried using the one I gave him years ago and one day it stopped working. Little does he know im buying him one

I just got that like 20 mins ago and its still recharging but what i did if there is just an error and recovery technique isnt working just wait till its battery dies and then do the recovery mode and it should be normal then you sent d report to nintendo if it happens again and they should replace it for free

That happened to my switch yesterday

There's two ways of fixing it I think. The first one is holding volume up and down buttons along with the power button for 10 seconds and wait for the Nintendo logo to pop up. If that doesn't work, it might be because the console's CPU has been misplaced due to a hit or fall. The only solution is to open the console and place it correctly. If that's the case, the reason why the blue screen pops up is because the CPU is associated with the power button. Hope that helped, I hope you can get it repaired (mine has a blue screen too).

The oled if you buy the original version of the oled it would cost like $349 and the Zelda version would cost $359 and the original switch would cost $299

I was at the mall and my charger was connected to the switch and it was tangled to a tall chair so when I moved back the chair pulled the charger and switch down to the ground and at first it was working fine until I turned it off it turn orange and after that it turned blue when I reset it

@@ivancazares7111what I like to do is just put ur switch on the floor and put some force with your hand or something at the bottom left part of your switch. Probably like 1 inch away from the kickstand on the right side of it. Put some pressure on it and hold the power on button and it might turn on. But the sad news is you gotta be gentle with it because even if you drop it from 1 inch it will freeze or turn blue again. But the good news is that At least u get to still play your switch. The reason why the reset method is not working is for you is because your cpu needs to be repaired. What I would do is clean it with isopropyl alcohol and reflow it.

That is the main chip inside that is not connected correctly due to heat issues (common if you played fortnite or games that heat up the console a lot), sometimes (but rarely) its just a software issue when you need to initialize the console via the maintenance menu (power + volume + & volume - buttons held down) but if it does not work you'll need to see a specialist that can reconnect the chip with his heavy machinery.
