Psychiatry has, in many cases and societies, been associated with crazy people. One gets embarrassed to see a psychiatrist and would rather "suffer the consequences". In this video, I share how a psychiatrist was one of the "things" that saved my life at the point of my breast cancer diagnosis. I hope this will motivate someone and help deal with the stigma in the society about psychiatric patients.
