A tip that I use for sandals that cut me are the compeed blister plasters. But I don't put them on my feet, I stick them to the inside of the shoe where it cuts me. It creates a small barrier and stops the shoes from rubbing. I have them on nearly all of my sandals lol xx

Your capsule wardrobe videos are always such inspiration. We have completely different styles but I still love watching your thought process and seeing what you choose.

It must be interesting to be able to change looks so drastically for the seasons. It presents the possibility of rethinking styles. Living in a tropical city, I use the same clothes all year round and just add coats for one month, so there’s never this kind of planning. Strange thing, though, is that I enjoy this videos so much, even though I will not do anything like it.

For the sandals, you could go to a cobbler and have them stretch the leather a little bit where it rubs -- I did this with a pair of painful boots in the winter, and they're totally fine now.

You're like the only youtube I watch that actually gets the concept of a capsule wardrobe.

Anna! Try wearing the YSL sandals around the house with reeeaaaally thick socks! Maybe two ou three socks if you can! They help to wear down the leather of the shoes without hurting your feet! Usually works for me, tell me how it turns out!

I love how streamlined your wardrobe is! For leather shoes, saddle soap or lanolin worked in (you can add heat if you really need it) work wonders. They'll make the leather more soft and supple. Water can discolor some leather.

Top tip for making shoes comfy. Pull on two pairs of thick socks and put your feet into the shoes. Turn your hairdryer onto a hot setting and run over the surface and sides of both shoes, whilst flexing your feet at the same time. Continue this for around ten minutes and then switch off hairdryer. Leave socks and shoes on for an hour or so then remove them. Guaranteed the shoes will have moulded to your foot shape and softened at the same time. Works a treat for the most uncomfortable of shoes
