EricN910: Small Engine Technician: The first thing I would recommend is to remove your spark plug and see if the engine turns freely without the spark plug period that will let us know if there's an issue with too much compression

    Excellent - removed plug & she ran/pulled smoothly. put it back in & there was some resistance on the first few pulls but she than pulled smoothly/started. I may have caused the problem through using my compressor gun to cleane her?

    The problem with my chainsaw was that it was stored incorrectly on it's side. The lower end was full of oil from the bar lubricator. Had to spray WD40 into the exaust to thin and drain it.
