I’m not here for the overall game, but I just love these models. Should I wait for the new Venator Star ship coming out in April or just go for the star destroyer?

Hello there! I've been interested in the Armada models for a few weeks (I'm not that interested in the actual game) and decided that I wanted to start a collection of my own. I've noticed that there's a lot of variety and a lot of them are a little bit expensive. So I wanted to ask Armada collectors, what should I start with to slowly build up my collection? Should I start with the smaller ships or capitals, or immediately start with the table top.

Hi I started by buying the core set if memory serves me right. My advice is start with the smaller ships and see if you like then before you buy the 50 dollar ships. Also the clone wars stuff should be coming after the covid passes and normal production can continue according to the leaks haha. If you have any questions just ask and I will try to answer

To be honest I do not know. It is very possible however that if the SSD is a success more ships will come to the format. I personally welcome all the different mon cal ships. But time will tell. Thank you for the great question and for watching.

design wise its prolly in my top 10 for sure. game play wise it is hit or miss, i like carriers so i would rig em up with heavy bombers and some protection lol. My dad use to be on an aircraft carrier so im down with that kind of ship.

Still waiting for the Imperial destroyer piece to be back in stock, if no go then I'll just settle for the Victory Class destroyer x.x

Hey sorry it took long to get back to you I had stuff I had to take care off. With all honestly I think it is now a March or April release based on some predictions. I was hoping to have in in jan-fed but i was wrong lol. As soon as I get any info I will let you know.

There pricey in the US too the isd is like 50 bucks plus tax. some expansions are higher now too dependeding where you het them from. The only way I was able to get them one one or two ships a month haha.

So, I had a question... is it important I play the game? The models look gorgeous and I love miniatures therefore I though I might just get it for the models.

Skippy that is a great question! Simply put you have to do what makes you happy. I am a miniature ship collector. So I for one enjoy having the ships on display for the beautiful details. But I do keep all the materials incase I do want to play one day. I find the game to be amazing, and cant wait to see what new vessels come next. The ships themselves are collector quality, fragile at times, and totally not for little kids. As display pieces they have to be in my opinion some of the best or the most best detailed miniatures I have ever scene. If having the ships to display makes you happy I say go for it! Just keep in mind that without the cardboard ship tokens some ships like the isd will be wobbly. There are things you can do to fix that tho, just have something to cause friction in the slide, or if you want to be done with it a dab of glue. I hope this answers your question. Yea it is their only downfall. If they did make them to scale the SDs would be massive, and the rebel ships like the cr90 would be like a quarter in size lol. I hope one day we can get a collection with in scale capital ships it would be amazing! I think out of everything I have seen these are the best a normal person can buy. Unless they are good at models then they can make it themself lol.

Are the ships removable from the stands?

Hi Emiliano! To answer your questions you can get these at local game stores, Barnes and Noble, Amazon, Ebay, and game websites like Miniature Market . com. They vary in price some are around 20 usd, while others can be close to 50 usd and up. I hope this helps.

Hi Styxart1 thank you for watching! I usually got my ships from Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Miniature Market which is a website. They have gotten very expensive lately, but new stuff is on the way for the republic, and CIS.

They didn't release it yet. I have it pre ordered since it was announced. I'm just waiting.

Hey Dennis thank you for watching! Yea it is very expensive, I can not argue that. For me I just love getting the ships. The models are perfect in my eye. With my luck if I decided to play I would end up breaking something haha.
