Ha since I actually read the description box for once: my favorite thing to eat for breakfast recently has been chickpea omelette! Sauté some veggies, stir up a thick batter with chickpea flour, pour it on top, flip after a while, top with whatever you like and tadaa! It takes less time than you'd think :)
