II II then that means you should brush after you put everything in your mouth, when you wake up they are the stingiest cuz you haven't been doing anything with your mouth for the amount of hours you have been sleeping.. which should be 8 hours. Reason why dentists advise to brush 1st thing in the morning and last thing at night before going to bed.. 🤷‍♀️
