No coconut oil as it's comedogenic ...may clog your pores n can worsen your acne as well... For massage n for antioxidants use rose hip seed oil..avocado oil..euk oil ...jojoba oil..... As a last step in the night skin care routine ..

Use niacinamide.... Combine vitamin c with lactic acid ... Do t forget to apply sunscreen.. You will be fine

Sunscreen is a must ... Go for skin carrier creams to strength the skin condition .... And go for actives like Alpha arbutin Niacinamide A very good vitamin c Lactic acid with vitamin c does wonders ......

@@ayshaduwha165 For one I never go to bed with make-up on, always take it off!!! The products I use are Liz Earle (I’ve used these products since my early thirty’s). Every morning/night I cleanse my face with Liz Earle cleanse & polish then remove with warm water and a muslin cloth, I then use Liz Earle Skin Tonic using a cotton pad to tone my face followed by Liz Earle skin repair moisturiser. Once a week I use Liz Earle face exfoliater and Liz Earle face mask. I’m a vegetarian so I eat lots of fruit and veg. Don’t smoke and drink in moderation.
