They still do from time to time. Love the song. First concert I attended of theirs they opened with "whispers in the dark", closed with "rebirthing".

Highly reccomend: - Save Me - The Resistance (Just make sure to hear the guitar solo at the end) - Rise - Legendary - Undefeated - Back from the Dead - Savior - The Last Night - Out of Hell - I Want to Live - Live Free of Let me Die - Fire and Fury (this once isn't a full on as the others, but John and Jen have awesome harmonies in this!) Also Jen Ledger along with Ashes to New do a cover of Gravity by Papa Roach, so not technically Skillet, but really good! Jen's voice is amazing!

I'm telling you, the whole comatose album is pure gold. Once you've heard it most other Skillet songs can't quite measure up in my opinion.

Probably my favorite Skillet song to see live. The intro with the string duet, especially when they do the moving stage pieces, is incredible.

When my husband (then boyfriend) still lived apart from one another this was our song....That was back in 2008. It fit our relationship so perfectly. We've been together for 13 years now, and this song still makes us just relive our cute moments. :)

This song way way to relatable at the end of the summer. Literally one of the few songs that could come close to bringing tears to my eyes when I listed to it

Dude, so stoked you’re still on the Skillet train!!! As a lifelong Panhead it’s always nice to see someone falling in love with their music and specifically the Comatose album. When I tell you this album changed my life, I mean it. I literally have Whispers’ chorus tatted on my arm. I really think you need to check out Breaking Free, Anchor, Falling in the Black, Lucy, Collide, and a little gem called The Last Night. Basically anything they’ve put out is amazing for different reasons. You may also want to check out John and Seths side project Fight the Fury if you want to hear some heavier stuff and the song Dominate Me from their EP.

@@staystrongjoseph Yeah Lori Peters left the band inbetween this album and Awake as she was getting a bit tired of the constant touring and wanted to settle down, stayed good friends with the other members. Their guitarist from all the albums upto and including Awake (Ben Kasica) also left in 2011 to pursue other interests, but again remained close with the band and has directed a few of their later music videos. He was replaced by Seth Morrison who's with them currently.

Jen joined the band after this album. Her first CD was the Comatose comes Alive live album/concert DVD. First studio album was Awake. The previous drummer did take time out to help train Jen a bit

One of my favorite songs and awake and alive.

Another one I love from Skillet is "Never Surrender", you should give it a go :)

It is super cool to see you enjoy things, especially this song that was my initial introduction to the band over 10 years ago. I am sure someone has suggested this already but Save Me by these guys has been carrying me through much of the pandemic

I've seen them at a certain concert festival a number of times over the last ten years. Of all the bands you might see over the 4 days of the festival, they were one of the most popular. They always headlined one of the nights if they were there that year. And they were BY FAR the loudest, both the band and the ROARING crowd could be heard clearly from a kilometer or two away. According to my mom, the CROWD is actually louder, but then again, 15,000 people can make a hell of a lot of noise, and that many people screaming, "I FEEL LIKE A MONSTER!!!" in unison is simply incredible.

He should react to fight the fury seeing as it has Seth and John from skillet and it's like a heavier version of skillets music

Hey Alex!! To give you some insight into the band I've seen them several times and met and worked on stage with them as well, you'll never meet another band that is more humble and kind than Skillet. The band writes and mixes all there own material too.

Comatose is probably my favourite Skillet album. Listened to that on repeat back in the day. Hope you do more from this album!
