Я до сих пор помню в каком восторге я был, как у меня начала прибавлятся уверенность, и как я радовался когда моё лицо наконец начало стоновиться более чистым - для меня это было, чём-то невероятным, так как с краснотой и сыпями я просто смирился - до того, я использовал дневной и ночной крема, плохо их смывал, и думал что этого достаточно, и что постоянные сыпи это генетика.. Посмотрел тебя тогда и понял, что кожа это не чешуя, и за ней нужен должный уход, а не халатное отношение, которое парни прививают друг другу, когда речь заходит об уходе за лицом, - типо это не обязательно. Поэтому до того как я нашёл твой канал, я и половины из того, что ты говорила не делал. Как потом выяснилось у меня очень-очень чувствительная кожа и мне также лудьше держаться подальше от жирной пищи, молочки, пиченюх.. шоколада.. от счастья.. Да, но недавно я с чего-то решил, что ничего не будет и начал есть шоколад вновь..😅 Просыпаюсь на следующее утро, подхожу к зеркалу.. а у меня много "этих чуваков" появилось, что уже даже несколько знакомых спросили, что со мной произошло😂 Так что я запарил мою "супер-дупер" летнюю кондицию кожи.. Ну ничего, исправлю.. Я уже понимаю что не так - этого бы не случилось если бы у меня была чешуя..🤔 Спасибо тебе большое за видео, Даша! С таким воодушевлением рассказываешь!
