I used to wash my hair once a week too and whenever I went to the gym I just rinsed my hair with water but didn‘t use any shampoo nor conditioner this helped me a lot

My best tip is to not touch is often and I tie it away from my face when I don't need it down to help me not constantly touch it + dry shampoo is your BFF! My fav is the Baptiste!

Then wash it. For oily hair you need to wash it more often.

Actually washing it more often will make it more greasy, I’ve found. My hair used to be really oily and I would wash it every day, but now I stopped. Washing your hair everyday will strip it and make your body produce more oil. The same with my skin. I used to not moisturize because I thought I didn’t have to with oily skin, but moisturizing it makes my skin produce less oil.

You don't know how long I been waiting for this

It really helps if you wash your face after you wash your hair because then you won’t have as much a clogged pores or breakouts, it really helped me and it just gets out all of the gunk from the face that the shampoo leaves behind. Just a little tip.

I never let my shampoo or conditioner run down my face at all even as I'm washing it out.

If I could give this video a 'love' rather than a 'like' I totally would... Your advice on hair is on point, I found myself saying out loud "yessssss" and "Good girl!" 😂 I am a hair dresser, and I love it when people take note and actually do what good hair dressers say because it really does improve your hair. I only wash my hair once a week, I only shampoo roots to mid length and only apply conditioner to the ends. It's a great routine to get into. And everything else you said about exfoliating, and your facial skin care, yessssssssssss!!! I'm so happy that this video was actually providing knowledge, as I feel as though not many shower routine videos give that. Well done you!

Hey there 👋😊 I only wash my hair once a week. her and I have the same length and color and textured hair idk if hers is all real but mine is 🤷 I've been doing this since I was a teenager I'm now 28 and get tons of compliments on how healthy it seems. I think it depends on the person hair type though 😂 I know my older sister has thin medium length blonde hair and if she doesn't wash it daily she looks like she bathed in a bucket of coconut oil 🙊🤷

I also use Matrix Biolage although not that line. It smells so good! I have hair that goes to my bra line and I also shampoo the roots but not the ends. I just let the leftover suds of the go through the ends. I also never put conditioner on my roots.

Loved this video! I try to go two to three days without washing my hair because I have very oily hair and skin. Also, I wash my face last in the shower to ensure any hair products that may have washed onto my face while washing my hair are not left on my clean face.

I don’t mean to be weird but this video was so relaxing to watch and so satisfying lol like you’re so clean and your nails are too like everything looks so clean and organized.

im really glad i watched your vlog on the pixi glow tonic i have always had breakouts now and then but my skin broke out really bad i had to go to the doctors and get some treatment as they where bad on my cheeks just like yours and since watching your vlogs i clicked it was the pixi tonic braking me out aswell had i never seen your vlog id never have clicked as its hard to know when you use a few different products! wont be using that again!

Love it!! Have you ever tried an apple cider vinegar rinse on your hair? I dilute the ACV with water then soak my ends in it after I shampoo then pour it all over my hair then condition so it doesn’t smell so vinegary. Omg it makes your hair even softer!! Love you💜

I love your videos!! You make me want to buy everything you use 😂 and thanks to you I finally found a mascara that doesn't smudge on me! The maybelline one is the best! Also, a tip I heard for skin is to wash your face after shampoo and conditioner because the residue from them can sit on your skin and irritate/ cause breakouts. That too helped me so thought I'd share! Not that u need any tips 😊
