Been bedbound for 8 weeks and although I have to modify things so I can be sitting while doing them, your videos are helping me to take care of myself during this time instead of giving in to depression and just dissociating from my body and hygiene/self care entirely. One suggestion I have for you doro, Alwayss complete your hair shower routine first and then move on to body as you are more likely to have back acne because of the mask you rinsed at last that too with shower , you can tru inversion method too to rise our mask !! Much love to youu❤❤

Hi Doro! I wanted some guidance on what to do when I have fungal acne- Basically I tried out oil cleansing a month ago for a few weeks with tea tree oil and jojoba oil and now I have severe white heads and bumps all over my face and exfoliating doesn’t help the white heads…I currently cut down on my skin care on my face cause it looks irritated, I just use a cetaphil face wash, body wash and moisturiser …I’ve had atopic dermatitis but not really dealt with acne issues before now so I really need some guidance which I hope you reach out with. Also, thank you for taking the time out of your heavy schedule to respond to our comments 🥰

It might not actually be fungal acne . If it is on the forehead ( and nose ) then try using salicylic acid 2 times per week at night time and continue using cetaphil cleanser and moisturiser and some sunscreen for day time . It might help.
