Just don't add as much broth and I mix the ricotta in to evenly distribute, tasted js like regular lasagna, it was delicious... I wouldn't want it loose lime everyone has it

We were thinking bowtie pasta instead of the giant lasagna noodles. Should end up with the same soup results, but better pasta to soup ratio?

Looks delicious but it's still too thick. I cook my noodles separately, then add them to the soup... they will still absorb flavor but not all your broth.

Lol/ I have this problem when I make Minestrone!- I use Rissoni pasta instead of beans and so it sucked up all the soup and became a stew- still delicious though!🤷‍♀️👍🏻😅
