Curious about how around 3:30 you capture the light painting in real time... only thing I can find on doing this is the Pablo app for iOS and Android and various tutorials on how to do it in after effects.

question, on the presets, how do you get things like the wings in it? Do you have to take a photo of the wings and enter into its data base or on the card? are we stuck w. the presets that look like built out of leggos?

can you add your own graphics like with pixelstick? they have a very easy system to load your own images and designs

Troy N. Yep! Just make a 144px tall image and you can load it right onto the removable micro SD card

Whats the difference between that and a Pixelstick? Looks pretty much the same to me. You can see the Pixelstick used in the opening of James Corden show.

It's got lots of subtle differences. A lot of the features have been inspired by tube light painting, such as the sliding handle that attaches firmly at the bottom of the row of LEDs making it easier to create perfect circles and intricate ribbon shapes. It's also MUCH easier to travel with than the pixel stick and requires zero assembly, you just pull it out of the case and it's ready to go! It's also lighter and takes longer lasting lithium ion batteries, which are included with a nice charger. I've used it for days now and it hasn't lost a battery bar. It's also thinner and lighter.

What is the weight of the whole equipment?

I know I'm going to really sound like an amateur photographer right now but I'm really into trying all types of photography and interested in the Magilight I was just curious how you manage to keep yourself out of the photos when using the Magilight behind the subject?

That's just an artifact from the effect I used in Premiere to slow the video. You won't see lines like this normally.

It'll be interesting to see the price of this when released onto the market. But looks good Zach.
