Exactly, they are just dealing or rather disposing with problems as they come. Farmers protesting, promise msp. Unemployment, guarantee employment or at least money. Women, promise money. All socialist ideas that will burden the exchequer without any investment plans or capex. No plan layouts, no insight into the consequences and above all no accountability. If you see CAA in isolation, then yes it is a violation of article 14, but we never judge anything in isolation so it should be seen from the context of partition. The basis of partition was religion. Muslims wanted a piece of land exclusively for themselves. The civilizational ethos of the Indian subcontinent with it's dharmic nature was pluralistic. Pakistan failed to protect it's minorities. Those persecuted minorities will benefit from CAA. Now the Muslim who chose Pakistan, did so because they didn't want to live with Hindus.so it is not applicable to them. But if they feel like being a citizen of India now, they can apply for citizenship. But we cannot let them infiltrate for economic benefit. And so it's important that CAA is implemented that really the poesecuted get relief and this humanitarian effort is not misused. Hence CAA doesn't violated article 14.

Democracy doesn't warrant the PM to attend conferences🙄 He answers to the democratically elected parliament, the rest is his choice. He'll probably be invited to thousands of them. What are the rest of the ministers for? Are they too avoiding? Their own portfolios' work is out in the open and they are questioned everywhere. The external affairs, the meity, the finance Ministry and only they can answer most accurately, in proper technical terms and detail. I don't understand this obsession of asking questions to the PM only, unless of course objective is to catch something to distort and make memes out of it like his speeches are. The SC reprimanded centeral government for not doing as asked. Leave it... I know far better than you about collegium. That's why I am worried. We are having rules and regulations to recruit officers and judges are no different. There's no parameter of judgement. SC says a r*pist has a future and they free him. Most heinous murderers are set free by SC because of lack of evidence where HC had given capital punishment. SC says lack of evidence... If he didn't commit the crime there must be someone who committed... What's police doing?? Shouldn't SC ask these things?? I am well aware about the dangerous future controlled by few 5000 Families. So don't teach me please. Because I live in distress and spare because of them. The implementation of rules and regulations of this country is very very poor. If i make a mistake... There must be parameters which should decide exact punishment what others get. There should be no this and than in punishment. I am talking about heinous crimes and not petty crimes. Parameters should be there. If police personnel are not working well to fetch evidence they must be prosecuted. Policing or any government agency job is not a job... It's a service and people think it as employment. Seriously??? That's why I am afraid of future. So please don't teach me.
