"You better suck it up, before you suck it in." It's actually quite a good phrase. Sucking it up means going through with something even though it's hard, like for example going to the gym and lifting heavy weights. Sucking it in means that you suck your belly in to appear slimmer than you are. So the phrase wants you to go out and run a marathon or lift weights, instead of pretending to be fit.

I love all their recent songs. They are kind of hilarious but always fun, hype me up and make me want to workout.

I'm sure you'd look fashionable in one of those 70's-80's gym attires and give Olivia Newton-John a run for her money 🏃‍♀️ 🏋️‍♀️ Yours truly looking a lot less fashionable when going to the gym at night here in Brisbane (when I say night, I mean it literally, often around 2am when I'm sure nobody else is around). After almost two years of lockdowns and restrictions on activities, knocking some shape into this old body was long overdue 😅 The music is great, but I do feel a bit bad that I didn't get around to comment on your last three Cebu videos. Loved both the Bridge, Mass and the Street Food one. Sadly a bit preoccupied with work for a while and commenting on old posts seems a bit rude. It's not like you don't get hundreds of comments already to read through in a month, without having to start checking older posts for new comments. Regarding street food, it's something that has to be experienced... I visited Hong Kong before the proverbial *something* hit the fan it still was a pleasant place to visit. Some of those food places were not too different from what you showed. As for religion and mass... ah, that's a strange subject for a Dane. It would be like a colour blind trying to discuss the esthetics of a painting without being able to see the colours. The result of an a-religious upbringing in a country where less than 10% of the population visits a church more than 3 times in their lives (to get hatched, matched and dispatched as the saying goes, i.e. baptized, married and buried). Good thing there are places to go for people who feel uplifted by spirituality though 👍 Greetings from Brisbane

Hi there! hitting the gym at 2AM may not be a bad idea after all you can focus on that gym bod, good luck achieving your goal. (surely less crowded compared to the day,be careful though) Hongkong has more bizzare street food,..Philippines has palatable options and not so extreme(extinct/exotic) People are more into organized street food hubs now, cleaner and safer to sit down and enjoy meal with fam or friends. Well I understand what you said about religion, I honestly dont care if a person is religious or now, as long as I know he/she is a good human being(depending on diff individual definition of good lol ) I hang on to my faith sometimes, it helps me a lot emotionally and psychological of course Notably at times when no one seems to truly listen or is there for me. keeps me sane lol anyway, it's boring to talk about religion so, how's the heat? why are you working so hard when the weather should be enjoyed up there! take care
