I think the key to a successful relationship is self love. The more you love yourself the better you’re able to communicate your needs and create healthy boundaries. It’s not this mysterious dance that involves tricking each other in some way. It’s about self love first, and then you can properly love another fully and for who they are. I’ve been with my husband for 15 years, and I’m more in love now than I’ve ever been. A beautiful healthy relationship is possible! It hurts my heart hearing them talk about themselves the way they do sometimes. Much love 💕

I have finally become a confident woman but my husband hates it. I need to be for my job. I’m a woman doing safety on Construction sites. They’d eat me alive. I don’t feel like I’m cocky. I just don’t get intimated anymore. It’s more like I’m comfortable in my own skin. Despite being old and overweight. I’m finally in a good spot. Hubby has to hope on board, or find someone that’s insecure so it boosts his ego.

I adored that episode, I love when Annie tells her stories, and I recently experienced what she described : a person who has "moves" or have sex in a way that you just feel like the background in someone else's fantasy. It was not great. As for the first move, I'm into doing the first kiss when I have all the elements, or sometimes I might talk about it first and say "I'm attracted to you" to make sure no rejection happens (even if it did once or twice when I was younger and didn't know about the signs).

Esther, I once had a boss who had a kid and another on the way and told me “now that I saw that, I never want to sleep with her again” My husband on the other hand actually became INCREDIBLY attracted to me during and after pregnancy and I struggled to keep up with his sex drive! He found my new curves and extra fat sexy, and he called me “Iron Woman” while I was pushing our son out for 3 hours. He got realllly turned on more than normal and still is a year and a half later. Finally, no not everyone gets cheated on. It’s just not like that. Every single relationship is different. People might feel justified to step out, but to cheat is not everyone’s go-to - some break up. Anyway Koko, I love to see you back and you’re so outgoing now! Love it! Esther, stop over analyzing your relationship. And everything in general lol. Be exactly who you are and let him take it or leave it for someone who can handle the small package of panic energy that is you 😇 . And i thought everyone did know to avoid wearing ponytails everyday to avoid damaging your hair… I’m starting to think Esther is EXTREMELY RICH and just disconnected from the regular folks. lol and also, YOU SHOULD KNOW GIRL 😂 you’re becoming a snowflake. Leave Carlos alone!

@@BronzeBellaBria she said “everyone gets cheated on”… true, certainly open to interpretation. And of course true no one is “immune” but idk, I’ve had half a dozen relationships longer than a year, way more flings, and been married for 5 years now at age 32, and only been cheated on in high school by my first love (as far as I know, and have no reason to think otherwise from my other relationships.) could be that I just don’t concern myself with it unless it surfaces, so it’s possible I have missed signs. But, if that’s the case, any signs obliviously weren’t significant enough to bother me enough to doubt my relationships or affect my self esteem. Until it happens, it’s a useless worry imo. Life is hard enough without these things, ya know? Also, Esther’s questions make her sound sooo sheltered/ insecure in her relationship. I hope she is happy and if not, I hope she knows she deserves love and WILL find all these things she thinks are “rare” really are not. There are so many people who would throw themselves at her feet and not make it so hard for her to believe in romance. It seems like she’s really craving that.

I relate to Annie so much lmao. The amount of times I have had sex with men just because I felt like it was rude not to. Made for a ton of hilarious stories but oh my God I thought I was the only one that did that and she just puts it into such perfect words. I'm also sober and I wonder if that is just a personality trait of alcoholics/x alcoholics or something.

I never was an alcoholic but ive had just general problems with drugs since I was a teen. Rather than it being the drug and sex behaviour were releated I have adhd and it just makes me less risk averse and prone to chase highs of any kind. I think that's probably what is going on with annie too!! Idk if u have adhd but im sure theres other reasons ppl end up on similar paths as well

@Paul T Smallwood omg some would most I would be so disgusted at I wouldn't give them my real number no matter how drunk I was. Not every time a woman sleeps with a man is a real win for the man. Sometimes the girl is a alcoholic who just has no self esteem and feels sorry for the pathetic horny dude and it's more convenient to give them what they want. I grew up got sober and go to therapy and now I am a mother who doesn't find herself in situations like that anymore and also isn't ashamed of my past because I am a different person now and I also have sympathy for myself and others who make mistakes or do things that might not align with their true moral values.
