I road into town and went into a store and when I came back out from the store, I started my scooter up and, the scooter was idling weird but didn't think nothing of it Until I road back home and I was being followed by a car, so I pulled over and a woman got out of her car and told me my PREFORMANCE air filter fell off, so I told her to put the air filter on the ground and she did and TOOK off very quickly, so I picked the filter up and road home.

SO, I FOUND OUT THE WOMAN DID STEEL THE AIR FILTER OFF AND WHEN SHE DID, SHE RIPPED IT.
