He's so interesting and adorable. Awesome episode, such a sweet man.
He is blessed to have a single family home in Los Angeles that probably has no mortgage. Wow, built in 1949 and has the desired open concept kitchen area. Looks good (form follows functon); it is not a ugly McMansion with a 20ft high ceiling and 300sf entryway. Liked the joke & his wife sculpture. He is a happy person!
His fascination with stripes is adorable, very likable dude, love his house. I could have only hoped to have still been in my childhood home in Brooklyn where my parents bought this fabulous house with apartments upstairs that was rented out and we lived on the bottom that was quite large. If only I was there now like this man Peter is in his childhood home now. Love this video, very sweet.

at 36, I still live in my mother's house and I don't care if some American relative ('cause I have some) gives a damn why I had not left house. That kind of mentality is a Western Society construct (that also lives on mortgage)! We, as children of our parents eventually will become caretakers and owners of their property and will pass it on to our children and their children. It will be a cycle and it must be. If anyone decides not to leave the house, we all should be fine with that! if anyone decides to leave in their accord,might as well we all should be fine with that!
