  For people who Salma reconnected to her arab roots cause she danced Egyptian belly dance, I am sorry but Arabs for decades and until now insulted Egyptian women for their dance and Egyptian people for their heritage, and they culturally appropriate it too . Please learn more about the historical context of it. It' s not an Arab and it's not Lebanese dance it's Egyptian. The video is amazing but it is not about her roots cause it is not her culture .

  Only a brief glimpse of the _brise soliel_ at the Milwaukee Art Museum, Wisconsin, US. It's the only Calatrava I was ever able to visit. I remember that what made this project unique was that the city and museum used various methods of raising funds for it that involved the community as a whole.
