Using sulfate free shampoo helps a bunch, and so does washing it about once a week.. that’s what I do and look into rice water!! It made my hair grow so fast

@@Chloe-er3co use sulfate shampoo it helps your hair grow faster and it doesn’t strip you hair. Only use one product a day because is you use a lot than your hair will start to fall out. I was in this situation before, also use coconut oil it helps hydrate it.

I looked back at this video and realised how amazing she looks now with her weight gain transformation, she looks fuller, stronger, and so healthy. It’s amazing to see how hard she’s working and how her results and confidence blew up!!

This is literally my favorite video on her channel and I’m not kidding in the intro is the best. I wish she would make more videos like this not just routines but like very upbeat and fun

I totally get you on the eyebrow thing, my friends think it's crazy that I refuse to get them done. I do them myself at home and at the beginning i was absolutely terrible, but after a while you learn and perfect the technique of shaping your brows. If you think about it only you can see the vision inside your head of how you want our brows to be and I now will never spend money or time on going to get them done. I will say that I went through some tough times (over plucking, and when you loose your tweezers it's the worst!) but that happens in everything... It just takes time. I agree with sahara jama I'd luuuuuv an eyebrow tutorial!! Keep making amazing videos Xx ly
