Luhhsetty, thank you for the tip on the sugar scrub I bought a jar and I am hooked. Took off a lot of dead skin I did not know was there and when I used my body wash it was like my skin was silky. I am 62 years old and god bless you for sharing your routines. Your videos has shown me that there is another way of showering and now I am buying products that will help me in the shower and not hurting or drying out my skin. Love ur pamper routines

I decided to try your reverse hair wash technique back in August. It actually works! From what I noticed, the conditioner gently cleanses, softens, and protects the hair from the shampoo's sulfates. Conditioner is denser than shampoo, so I shampoo my scalp twice after conditioning. It leaves the hair silky soft, would recommend it. It also helped me grow out about 6 inches of hair. Thank you Lis! :D
