I think it's so brave for you to show your whole oxford application journey. I think it shows that getting a place in Oxford isn't everything it's the journey that matters . And i don't mean this in a horrible way but if you don't get a place I think it will encourage people further that getting into Oxbridge isn't everything and isn't a reflection of your ability because you're clearly an amazing person. I think it's the belief in yourself and positive mentality that is all that matters.

This is one of my favourite comments in a while ❤️ I'll be honest, it's terrifying. I constantly receive messages from people saying how I'll 'definitely get in' or that they're sure I aced the interviews, when in reality I'm just a human who has no special chance more than another worthy person. I completely agree with and understand what you said! Going to Oxford will not define whether or not you have a happy life! x

Hey! I'm sure you did great, I'm not gonna tell you that you are going to get in, because that puts so much pressure on you and it feels like you failed if you don't, but you didn't! Jade I'm a big fan of you, but if you don't make it, don't be sad. It wasn't right for you. You are amazing, and you could definitely get in with your skills, but you might not. I understand how much pressure it is when everyone is telling you you'll definitely get in. I work hard and I get good grades, but when I have an exam coming up I used to say 'I'm not prepared, I don't think I'll do very well' If I hadn't prepared enough. And my friends would be like "Shut up, you'll get an A!" I have exams at the end of the year on my full course from the past 3 years and my friend are always telling me I'm going to get all A's in all 11 subjects, even though only 54 people did that in the entire country this year! It's awful when people do this because you then feel as if your letting them down if you don't. No matter whether you get in or not I'll always be proud of you! 💝

I personally much prefer the course at Oxford, which is why I chose it! I think it's amazing that you're really interested in NatSci, but it just wasn't for me x
