any update?

I've read the reviews on this aid & found many people were very dissatisfied with its operation in that it doesn't work properly, not in the sense that it didn't help them but a flaw in the actual physical parts not operating properly. Obviously there could be some operator error in setting it up properly but I doubt that it's a majority of them.

yes other reviews said it was clicking with all speeds and others said they couldn't make it click, hmmm

@@gzman1 It's true you can with some effort get the clicker to click on come bad swings sometimes, but the big goal with the clicker is to have it click right at impact. This is pretty clear when you get the release timing right, you audibly hear it at impact.

The demo that we received worked just as advertised, however, if you were to get one that did not function properly for some reason, they do offer a full refund no questions asked.

Based on a review I just viewed on youtube, what he is saying is all false. The clicker happens no matter how the demonstrater swung. Whether it was over, under or even one handed! Such a shame that Performance Golf wants to hurt the average person. I would be surprised if there will be followup videos to this one after more people watch the other video that disproves everything that Zack just said. I'm sad since I have liked Zack before this and my other favorite: Eric Cogorno who I always thought was one of the best teachers out there. I hope they and all of you check out the other video just by googling" Does the Straight Stick really work" and then DECIDE FOR YOURSELVES!!!

What are your thoughts on the Straight Stick vs. the Lag Shot?

The lag shot is more rhythm and timing based. The straight stick will also correct your mechanics and swing flaws, in your grip which controls the face. And this will also correct your path, and your release.

I bought the lagshot 7 iron & it works well after you get used to it but until then, expect the face to be open at impact & possibly hit a slice or even a shank.

It does come in both left and right-handed versions - there should be an option on the order page

Did Zach Allen get paid or receive benefits of any kind from straight stick for doing this "review"?

How many times can he say, 'Right?'

I'm really interested in getting one. However, I never liked ordering when there's a "subscription" of some type attached that you have to cancel otherwise it continues (at $29 a month, in this case). Some of those can be a nightmare to cancel. I do have faith in this training aid because I do trust your recommendation/endorsement. You have great, sound tips throughout all of your videos. Maybe I'll wait until just the training aid is offered. Nothing else.

You can buy one without a subscription.

Performance Golf’s website and ads to sell you all kinds of other stuff and sneaking in a subscription is horrific

Good product rip off outfit charge for club then add on 500 to your card and can’t get ahold of anyone

DON’T BUY! Gave this device at least 5 opportunities on the range only to realize a WASTE of time. Very disappointed! However, credit to those on the advertisement video for great acting that fooled me to fall for it. CON 1: Can't get feel like a traditional club because almost weight of 2 clubs means limited practice because the weight gets you fatigued on backswings. CON 2: Click sound too quiet so usually don’t know if it clicks or not so it's difficult to gauge if swinging properly. If it does click the sound usually drowned out at impact. I set the mechanism at 70 mph, my swing speed, but it didn’t matter. CON 3: When can hear the click the results inconsistent. Some shots I slice but it clicked anyways? Some shots hit flush down the middle but no click? Makes no sense. CON 4: Yes, training video offers solutions for those with hook or slicing issues. But for us golfers who do BOTH equally - there is no advice in training video therefore useless!
