My New Stunt Moped Build Is Insane!

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

About time I finished up this build and got this video uploaded! In this video I take my moped from a frame and an engine, to a fully assembled moped ripper! As you can tell, a Moped project is truly never finished, so of course we still have some more work to do to dial this thing in perfectly!

The welder, use more heat and slow down the wire feed a little. Yopu need more penatration in the welds. The weld should look more dished than the raised bead. Get a Magnesium plate (Sparks) for the wheelie dragging. You want more RPM then increase rear sprocket size.

I’m not a great welder. But metal I pick up on pretty easy. That angle iron u could cut the sections out u want for flat stalk. And make it all one unit. Cut your pieces at 45 to make a 90. I think ya didn’t pretty well. I’ve only got down welding mufflers. So your doing better than I am 😂 thing it’s pretty cool. I give it to all of us who ride small bikes and make them wheelie. Doing the impossible. I stunted out a gs500 bud. People think I’m crazy and ask me all the time how I do. Know how buddy.

a suggestion to the power problem, based on my own experience, would be the gaskets leaving the piston too far from the cylinder head at TDC, sometimes the gaskets they send you are ironically too fat, the exhaust you have could also create a weird powerloss, due to it being a large exhaust on a bike with a crank and port setup for low-mid range power, definitely check for air leaks at the reed valve, the gaskets there are annoyingly often not good for the puch tuning parts, the channel "Puch Praxis" is german but has extremely many videos (with English subtitles) that are super valuable to anyone who wants a maxi 1 or 2 speed that can rock 50mph reliably. personally I've had a few maxis and other old mopeds, the best results I've seen on a maxi was 65cc polini mixed with a swiing cigar exhaust, 15mm carburetor and some offbrand electronic ignition, ran 45mph on a dyno with 6.5hp

It seems you have a Proma CC 25mm exhaust. E50 70cc kit engines tend to run better on 28mm pipes. I would suggest trying a Homoet p6, or a Technigas Next. These exhausts pull a little slower, but tend to have higher RPM's. Might want to play with your gearing aswell. Hope this info helps you! Love your vids on the Maxi.

Great video J. I just had an idea, you can mount an titanium plate or some of those flint skateboard things so that when you scrape in makes a sh!t ton of sparks. Oh and btw your boy finally got a scooter. It's an old beaten up yamaha, but it has a license and it uses the legendary minarelli horizontal. Sick build. Have a great night/day

I think you need to choose a leaner main jet. If the Spark plug is already dark Brown, then try to set your egnitiona bit later. If anyone has any other tips, please comment. :) following you since 2 years, love your content

Change the pin on the carb, put it 1 lower and look what it gives, its like it doesn´t get enough fuel at high rpm

Give motorized bikes a try lmao. You can try a 70cc athena sport that turns up to 12 to 13k rpm and easily hit 55mph+ close to 60 maybe more. I have some videos on that. So many things you can do!

try diferend exhausts this one seems to limiting the rpm's probably due to the narrow tailpipe. and please shorten your cables to the right length, that looks so much better

basicly if u but in new silinder kit you need to ride very calmly for about 250 km or 150 miles and not give it any of full gas keep it very calm and slow and then after the 250km you can rev it high i think thats why its not running goog but yes :D
