I'm from Europe so I saw this puzzle in catalogue about a month ago! As soon as I saw the picture I thought "it's look like something Karen would make!" and indeed there was your picture on the side of the box! I was so excited! Couldn't wait for this video! Good job Karen! You put so much thought in your puzzles! ❤

Using the real thing as reference! Karen, that's brilliant!! You have a channel because you love puzzles, but I watch you because you love puzzles AND you have a flair for content creation. You think about how things will look, sound, and play out. You have a sense of drama. You always keep me coming back for more. Keep on puzzling AND creating!!

Someday, people will be collecting your puzzles, searching garage sales and eBay to try and recreate this new puzzle. The first part of the puzzle you put together sort of look like a heart. 💚

using the original objects/template/puzzle(s) that the picture was taken from, as opposed to using the image on the box itself(on a Ravensburger puzzle, no less), is high key a flex that _No one_ can compete with. That in and of itself is kind of bad-ass.

Yes! A piles of pieces sorted puzzle design is what we need!

13:23 "Instead of using the box top as reference ... why not use the real thing as reference?" 😆 Imagine doing that for ALL puzzles of real objects. Wouldn't it be so cool to do a puzzle of the Eiffel Tower in front of the Eiffel Tower? Or maybe doing that really challenging puzzle from the World Championships of that little plaza with all the little white tables and chairs IN that plaza? 🤔 That would be so cool.

Karen!!! You're literally the reason why I finally gave into my urge to puzzle again. I finally got your Cascade puzzle for my birthday last year and ever since my collection has been growing one by one. My older sister actually has been puzzling with me, and she recently purchased this puzzle called the Aeterna Aenigma puzzle by CMY Cubes (which is basically just the circular version of the color shifting puzzle by the Play Group) that I plan to record us completing while she... ahems... 😶‍🌫️ HAHA. All inspired by you! I already expressed how proud I felt for you being able to work with Ravensburger this way and also getting into Barnes and Noble on the previous video, but this time I wanted to express just how impeccable you are as an inspiration. It's not just the puzzles, Karen; you have a specialty about you that shines in more aspects than that. Someone commented how you're organized, yep. Such an innate eye for detail, so dedicated and detailed with your passions, the way you light up when talking about it... Your tireless effort of documenting, and recording, and video making, and gathering information... You're just a complete artist! And so down to Earth and so empathetic and smart to boot. You inspire me to be a better person to other people as well, overall. You deserve these collaborations. Heck I wouldn't even put it past Ravensburger if they hire you to be on their crew for real, if they haven't already! You did that, Karen. We're just viewers to your creative puzzly mind. I Like the idea of each subsequent puzzle including pieces from the previous one.

I love that during your first go at your new colors puzzle that the way you edited the footage it appeared that you were channeling your inner Kristin by just casually puzzling one handed throughout most of it, especially the time lapse of the blue section (starting at around 18:20).

I love this puzzle and all the colors so much! I’ve already ordered it! As a fellow designer, I appreciate your time-consuming photoshopping out the dust😂

Well that was certainly an interesting take on colors. 👍 I couldn't quite believe what my eyes 👀were seeing when I saw that Ravensburger have dropped the irritating blue puzzle piece and the corner triangle that obscured part of the image. I do hope that will be evident on all new puzzles regardless of size. I can't see anything online to suggest that your puzzle is available in the UK. Well done on your third puzzle, no doubt a fourth will appear at some point in time.

Can’t wait to get to it! Admittedly my husband (and puzzling partner) doesn’t really care for abstract gradients type puzzles, but both of the other KarenPuzzles puzzles he has enjoyed doing, so… here we go! We will start with the edges and then we will each pick a color that appeals to us at the moment!

I love it. I think that i would start by dumping the puzzle and picking a piece with my eyes closed to decide which "color" to start with. It is on my amazon wish list.

I can't wait to do it, but I worry about the difficulty. I struggle with gradients. I still haven't managed to finish the gradient krypt. I give up and put it away

Tell Ravensburger to include posters with their puzzles. PLEASE!!!!! It really does make a difference. With the price and all....

Colors (Colours). There is something strangely therapeutic about watching someone solve a jigsaw puzzle. Don't know how the KZread algorithm put you in my Feed given the News/Engineering/Technology topics I am normally interested in. Your videos do make me smile, as a nerd in a different field, I fully appreciate the excitement of fellow geeks when you share something that only the nerds will truly understand. On the suject of the images used for puzzles, I have no creative/artistic credentials at all, however when you were prepping to complete this puzzle there were two images that crossed my mind, that would be good for another puzzle. The first occurs around 14'00 when you have emptied the plastic bag of pieces out, and have spread them out ready for sorting. That struck me as an interesting, but also tricky image for someone to solve. Later around 15'00 when you have done the initial colour separation, that also was a nice image. I'm sure you have a ton of other suggestions fom those more qualified than me. Keep up the good work.

I'm in the UK and went to look for this puzzle - it's not here yet but I'm sure it will be soon. Can't wait! Those colours (OK, colors) are amazing

It must be so incredibly exciting and affirming to go from avid puzzler, to someone making puzzles with one of, if not _the_ most recognizable brands in the puzzling world. I've really liked the designs of every one so far, but this might be my favourite! I love gradient puzzles and, like you said, this is practically one with a few extras. I am getting your puzzle Colors on Colors as the first physical Jigsaw Puzzle I've bought since the 70s. It's so beautiful and, as an artist, my eyes jumped for joy seeing the exactness, precision and inspiration with which you created this beautiful puzzle. My whole family used to have two jigsaw puzzles out on card tables every summer and we all contributed to putting them together. That was in the 70s… Now I am 71 and I haven't put a physical puzzle together in 54 years. Your amazing and enthusiastic videos, your wonderful smile and laugh have grabbed the child in me and awakend me once again to the joys and visual fun of doing jigsaw puzzles. I can't wait to begin Colors On Colors and I will separate each area of color then start on the left side and work my way across. I'll be very interested to see how other puzzlers work this puzzle. Maybe it's because I'm an artist that I want to work this by color and tone but, no matter what, I'm going to enjoy the heck out of this full-of-love creation of yours. Please remember that all your hard work affects people in ways you could never know and you're not just playing with jigsaw puzzles you're inspiring people like myself to relax more and have fun. Absolutely I will be buying your Colors on Colors puzzle! I usually start with the edges and work in. I'm so sorry I will not be at the Nationals in San Diego to attend your signing party! Hope to make it next year! I did make it to the Southeast Competition in Atlanta and enjoyed it a lot - though I didn't place very high (as I did not complete the puzzle in the allotted time). I always enjoy watching your videos - and working your puzzles!
