My New Boat - Key West 250 Bay Reef

No amount of words can quite explain how excited I am to show off my new boat! Its a 2020 Key West 250 Bay Reef and boy is she pretty! I had been waiting such a long time for this to happen and then boom! Covid 19 came and completely slowed it all down. Finally, things calmed and the boat was delivered to Boat and Motor Superstores in Palmbay, Florida. This boat is an absolute fishing machine and I can not wait to get out there and put it to the ultimate test!

excellent choice of boat. Very versatile. I like the live well options and foam through out. Great touch on the insulated lids too. Simple and effective. congradulations captain.

Shopping for the 230 BR. If you don’t mind me asking. Is there a reason you stayed with the canvas top verses the nice hard top? I feel like the hard tops keep more heat off and have a little more cover. Also be nice for speakers up above. I charter in Cape Coral. But would love your Input. Unless you just wanted to save the money... understandable

Save money, also lighter, and it's shaped so that there's rod storage up on the front of the console.

Picking up my new 230 bay reef tomorrow! Super pumped! For my new charter boat! Had to watch your video a few more times 😆😆. I’m sure she’s been testing you well!!
How does the 250 handle rough water
How much did you pay for it, please? It’s a nice setup. Also, where are the batteries?

@@CaptMattBudd i would get intouch with the store you bought the boat from or key West themselves, if they don’t have anything then try Carolina Cushions( the company that cuts the foam for KW)

I thought all key west came wtih Yamahas and I didn't think they where a charter boat i thought they where a civilian weekend warrior type ? shouldn't a charter guy run a skeeter , Ranger , contender ?
