Ongratulations on the Druids Eric and Yuka. That design has really made sense to me, so I'm excited to see how you two get along with it.

I'm a runner, but I recently started looking at MTBs to buy one, and add a few workouts to my weekly schedule to get a diversified training load and now youtube suggests me these videos. I just wanted to say that watching this bike build is so freaking satisfying!

You are so blessed to have those and to ride that beautiful bike! I wish that I will be able to have those someday! Ride safe and stay gnarly! God bless

Awesome looking bikes guys! I know you're gonna love them on higher speed trails. Interested to see what you think of them in tight corners too - the high pivot will make them get much longer as you plow through the travel, unlike your previous Horst-link Norcos which tend to stay nimble even farther through the travel.

Reminds me of the Blafa BB7 DH bike from 20 years ago, I like the idler cog, I think Honda/Showa did something similar even before that. Looking forward to your first ride and review!

Yeah I knew it was this bike as did many of us. I was stoked waiting because I knew this video was coming. I would love to get my hands on one of these and try one. They seem to only be available in a frame only version but hopefully soon I can find one to demo. So happy for you and the wife and your new sponsorship! That bikes are so rad and I don't know whose color I like better.

I am so happy to see you went with maxxis big daddies!! They’re my favourite Tyre in the world and they don’t get enough praise, still get my first set from back in 2008 when they had a different name for the 22” series :D these bikes look absolutely beautiful! I wish I had the dish to drop on one like this, but with the Bafang m620 sitting in the bottom bracket

Hahah!! I literally stopped for a good 5 min at 8:10 just to think about how the pivot angle changes how the wheel moves when hitting a rock and how the power is transfered to the shock. I was thinking how this video would benefit from some explanatory sketches with arrows and assumed noone but me would bother. But lo and behold! Looks like we think alike! xD

Not me, but I have Hope wheelsets on two bikes and Hope front hubs on 3 others, because they're cheaper than XTR and have 6 bolt disk mounts, so the disk doesn't go wobbly if you land backwards with the brake on riding street. I'd love to shut them up, though they're good for warning pedestrians I'm behind them on shared trails.

Interested to see how you like the tires. I’m on my third set. VERY Underrated. The race compound is the softest I’ve ever seen though, so they do wear ridiculously fast.
