Enjoy mine after waiting for missing parts and replacing the new frame which was only tac-welded in two places for each axel and the wheels fell off first time using. Made in USA proud. Good idea about the pin BTW.

Great job Kenny! The Wood Stakes look great! You are a master craftsman and I really like the hitch pin tether made of para cord. Your Foreman now waits patiently to tow it! haha That was a good deal you got on the cart and should come in handy for tons of things like hay rides for your kids or like you said just about anything you can throw at it. I like that your shop is heated, that makes Fall and Winter projects more enjoyable. Thanks for Sharing!!!

Palomino488 Hi Buddy Many Thanks I Have Looked All Over The Place I Had John Deere 10 P Poly Cart But With 3/4" Axles And A Load Of Firewood She Was Heavy Real Heavy With Only 650 Lbs Capacity ! I Hope I Get To Use It This Evening Getting That Buck Out Of The Woods I Used to Put My Smaller Deer On The Racks But It Gets Harder By Yourself I Try To Work Wood The Best I Can Measure Twice Cut Once LOL Yes Hay Rides And Yard Work ! That Little Wood / Oil Heater Will Put Out The Heat I Also Have The Office Heated And A/C Brother Hollar At Me Anytime

Thank you for the video. I’ve been researching a good poly cart now for awhile. I need a good solid cart that will hold up and last to use behind my Honda pioneer 500. And this is the cart I’ve settled on. I liked the polar brand carts but for the money I think this is best cart on the market. It’s just what I’m looking for. Looks great. I'm actually on the fence between the oxcart and this's one . The only thing that just sold me on this unit that the oxcart don't offer is the pivoting arm. Keep at the great videos.

Omg I'm in love with the stain!!!! I so would love to buy some!! I "attempted " this today - not good lol (hardware didn't come w/unit...different cart) I broke counter-sink on 8th hole, & have yet to do corner braces - I want to be able to take extensions off - hopefully it works out - yours looks great

How did you grease the wheels? There is not enough room for standard or small grease guns to connect to the fitting.

I got the standard Grease gun works on mine buddy

Nice woodwork trailer like that comes in handy i built my own outta steel cant work with wood hard to weld lol made mine a 3 foot by 5 foot flatbed works better for whst i need it for like that honda of yours i bought a grizzly but that honda a sweet machine

Do your rails stay in well with just the friction fit? I have a different cart and it suggests screwing the stakes in place from the the bottom.

Just a snug fit is all I have on Plis mine stays outside so when it is in the weather the wood will grow for a snug fit hot and cold or wet weather I never had mine slip out yes old friction fit

I see the pin for a tractor hookup. can you make a video on how it would hook up to a ball hitch on an atv. that's the hybrid ohio steel cart you have. I'm thinking about buying.

Just scooped up one of these for myself. I gotta go pickup a ball to mount on my mower so I can get the tongue height up a bit. I hear they have a standard type conversion kit to eliminate that hybrid setup. Dunno if it makes any sens to do because the hybrid setup is really nice.

I just bought the same one, I didn't realize what a beast, and how big it is. Should work good. My tongue in the front doesn't rotate like your, don't understand why. It's the same model. Do you know why?

How about a follow up review video since it's been over 3 years? It would be nice to see it in use too---Like dumping full load of dirt, rocks? And it looks like it would tip over easily because of the narrow wheel base. Because of our rugged terrain, that is a big issue for us with our old steel cart. Does it tip over easily? Thank you!!!!

Sorry About That I use it all The time Believe Me It handles anything Terrain You can throw at It My Neighbor bought on also It Will Not tip over Plus it is easy to dump and handles uneven Terrain Like you Wont Believe Cheers Kenny

Kenny...I just bought one of these carts last week. I am not much of a craftsman at all so I cannot rip the boards like you did but I'd like to buy exactly what I need and have Lowe's cut it before I leave the store so all I have to do is glue it and screw together. I want to do mine exactly like you did yours. Could you possibly tell me the exact length and what I will need? I did send you an email but haven't seen a response yet. I appreciate your time. Would it be possible to get the dimensions etc from you, from what you built. Side panels, what is the length you made, what size boards did you use, what'ts the spacing between boards, any information you could, would be appreciated to build one. Including the end panel.
