Love the idea, especially the 'out of the way' tool storage. The only change I would make is having some interlocking pins to lock the front and sides together. It would help strengthen the removable sides from any forces pushing them out. Keep those videos coming.

I was thinking the same thing. Came over and saw your comment at the top of the list. Not only would it make it stronger it would not flop as much. slapping and pulling may damage the trailer. Use two door hinges. The pen will come out to separate the sides.

Concur. When I saw the front flex with the weight of the saw, I thought the bouncing while the trailer was moving might be a problem. Whether a hinge or latch, or even an old pre-Bungee rubber bungee would make the front and side stake pockets last longer.

Nope, I don't like working in the rain either. Nice build. That improvement really gave you double towing space for firewood. Nicely done and thumbs up.

I would suggest you tie the front to the sides so the front doesn't shake so much. Also velcro would also work to] hold the axe. Could be adjusted to hold more firmly

I did that on my yard trailer, and ended up adding pieces of plastic lattice on the inside. It is a huge help moving leaves off the yard to the compost bin or chicken pens, and I pile brush and tree trimmings in it too. Also move firewood! I would like to add ropes like you did for rakes and pitchfork and put a 5 gal bucket on the front for small tools.

I like the idea of a bucket. Maybe one of those hang on feed buckets could hold tools. I may do that.

Really digging the new video editing you're doing man. Small suggestion.. maybe lower the volume of the music a touch. It isn't overly loud it just makes you have to turn you volume up and down alot. Nice trailer modifications! Your channel is one of my favorite ones.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tweak the volume of each clip and the music quite a bit. Sound balance is kind of a finesse. I listen with a set of speakers while editing. I think a using a headset would probably help me out. The sad thing is, it probably takes me on average of three to four hours to edit a 15 minute video. This is a time consuming hobby.

@@CountryViewAcres I have no doubt about how hard you work at it! I can see a huge difference in quality from the earlier videos (not that they were bad, just that you were new to it haha.) I definitely can't do it myself. I'm excited to see your progress on editing and the land.

Yea some of my earlier videos the sound is horrible, you can't hardly make out what is being said. I finally purchased my first microphone about 1.5 to 2 years ago. Now I have 4 microphones, but a wireless mic system would improve things a lot but they are expensive. Thanks for your input. Have a happy thanksgiving.

You could even add something like a plastic ammo box to the front near the saw for your saw tools and what ever else you may need to carry that is small

I love projects like this, it looks very useful. Hey, if you want to treat yourself, put a Gränsfors Bruk axe on your Christmas list this year. I've got the same fiskers axe you've got, but it barely gets used because the Gränsfors Bruk is so much better.

I have never been a fan of supporting a chainsaw by the bar. I have seen some chainsaws that the bar has bent from doing it this.

Country View Acres just extend the holder so the saw body has something against it, then bungee cord the body to the support. This way there is no pressure acting on the bar.
