be careful with using ice directly on ur face because it can be harmful and cause damage and sensitivity. use a paper towel or cloth around it instead 😊

My routine: Try to wake up at 10:00 Fails Wakes up at 11:00 Insta at 11:00:01 Open office laptop at 11:15 Try to finish pending work Fails at 11:20 brush my teeth breakfast. scroll insta for 2 hours straight alongwith pretending to work. take shower at 13:30 for 20 minutes, apply skincare - peptide serum, moisturizer and sunscreen. Lunch. Come back to work, struggles to work, ask senior devs, and fails and sleep again. Get up and work again, tries to finish off some work. Failure or success depends on luck. Log off at 20:00 Attend class from 21:00 to 22:30. Dinner at 22:30 Night time skincare routine - tretinoin/peptide serum and moisturizer Scroll Instagram from 22:30 to 1:00 Try to study till 3/4 Fails Sleeps till 11:00 in morning. Ugh, seems like boring and dull day, only exception being skincare routine and self care.

my skincare routine as a 11 yr old! - wash face - add cream to face ( to stop itching ) - rub in and dry - vaseline to lashes ( sometimes ) - put lipbalm / vaseline on lips - sort eyebrows out ( I use toothbrush,don’t judge )

Okay, so I was so excited when I saw this skincare routine, because I watched many of her videos and I have very similar skin to what she used to have, so I bought these Products, and it seems to be working!, I’m clearing up, and I’m so thankful!, also I take her tips from her videos, and I’ve been eating heathy, “Update” So it’s been six months and what I do is I use the acne foaming cream cleaner from cerave and then I go in with the toner she uses in the video and instead of the Numbuzin no.3 I use no.6 and then I use the moisturizer she uses in the vid. This routine is amazing and makes my skin glowy and moisturized. Update It's been 9 months and It worked

The true purpose of these videos is to push products. What works for one person doesn’t work for another. But so long as we are human, eating clean, drinking enough water, exercising regularly, sleeping and waking at the same time, not giving in to vices, and loving oneself and others will result in clear skin, as well as so much more. But what makes sense doesn’t always make dollars. After all, isn’t it much easier to make a pill for every ill. That’s the way of the world and who can change it? :)
