The behind the scenes footage helps me understand the breeder of my own dogs far better - and what all goes into breeding, socializing, and caring for puppies. Before I came across your channel, I had no idea just how much work was involved in early neuronal stimulation, early socialization, and temperament testing, done by a professional breeder. I only have 2 adult dogs and 1 puppy at home, and I thought that was lots of work, until I saw your video here - 23 puppies. Not 1, no, 23. And 6 adults. Wow, you're amazing!

My best friend breeds standard poodles and she did a litter box for her last litter and said it went great! They were almost potty trained by the time they went home. Your parti babies are the cutest!❤️❤️❤️

I’m a French Bulldog breeder and once they turn 4 weeks old I put them in a playpen area with washable pee pads. I also have a huge clear plastic bin with a cut out so they can go in and out. I use horse cedar pellets from TSC to litter train them. I also feed them in their area and just pick up the bowls when their done. They have a play area and also lots of blankets for sleeping. I have been breeding for 20 years and finally got the best system going. I also have a garbage can next to the play area and just scoop the poop out all day. You are giving yourself so much work using those trays and buying all those pee pads. I have 12 washable pads and clean my area once in the morning. I wash all those and then put the new ones in. So I use about 6 in their area every day. That way too the moms are not eating all that poop!

Dolly's and Tilly's puppies are so cute, and Dolly's little ones sure have grown. I'm so impressed with how you keep things clean and organized. You do a wonderful job caring for all your big and little fur babies. Btw, it was precious watching the dogs come in and sit to get their feet wiped after being outside. You have them well-trained. I have one puppy and I was glad to see they were whining even though they were all together. I can just about manage to deal with the mess of my puppy let alone 23.

You are amazing how you care for the doggies !!

As a breeder myself, oops litters happen folks! We try our very best not to have these issues but to condemn someone for taking very good care of them is rude and ridiculous. Our puppies come first ALWAYS! That means cleaned and disinfected rooms, disinfected bowls, super high quality puppy food for ALL of the dogs/puppies, and taking the time to find the best homes possible for our pups! I have refused to sell pups to folks based on an interview process with a potential customer because I don’t feel that person is able to care properly for my pup. That being said, I don’t have this type of pup as I breed German short hair pointers so I already know my clients need to take the time to research the breed and I explain what they are in for when purchasing a gsp (high energy, needing tons of exercise daily, feedings, mental stimulation for the dog, kennel training, tons of training in the field for bird hunting, and so much more.). My dogs are used for hunting, family pets, search and rescue, dog sledding, we have a pup working with a university researching bees in the field (finding diseased bees and researching them to potentially stop of death of the bee population before it happens), hiking, etc….I’m not saying her dog are being used this way but there are reasons why we breed our dogs to do a lot of the prep work as a pup that some shelter dogs aren’t suitable to do. Just because some of us have litters (sometimes oops litters) doesn’t mean we don’t have the very best intentions for our dogs. My pups and dogs are family first and their health and care is of utmost importance to us and it’s obviously the case with this breeder as well. Don’t knock what you don’t see here. I guarantee you she has spent hours cleaning, feeding, disinfecting, bathing the pups, etc…it’s not always about greed!!! If You wanna talk about inhumane greedy breeders start with bulldogs and everything that goes into those whelping issues! Now that’s inhumane to cut a mom open to get puppies out of every single litter that the females whelp!!!

These folks are just like the vegans of the dog world, they are miserable themselves, and hence can't see anyone else not being miserable. So instead of bettering their life, they try to make others feel bad so that they can feel good about themselves.

You're awesome if I ever did buy a dog I'd want one from someone like you! Doodles are so smart too! One thing though is the way you feed the puppies you should definitely monitor them eating. I've had a puppy choke on that soaked up dog food before and had to give them the heimlich maneuver!

You should get a cheap pop up grooming tub connected to the outside hose for washing dog stuff

You need a utility sink in your garage! I put mine in the sink and soak with bleach and dawn or vinegar and dawn in super hot water.

Hey Can you wash the pad tops by using a spray bottle with the KennelSol in it, spray it down will letting it soak in the tub of hot water, then using a scrub brush to get any stubborn stool off and then use a water hose to spray it clean with? Just a suggestion! But you are doing such an amazing job and one of the best breeder I've seen this far. I have a Goldendoodle that is 1.5 years old name Corbyn and also a yorkie that is 8 years old name Chase.

I really like your videos. I'm thinking about breeding, but I know it's a lot of work and money. I really like how all your dogs are clean and loved. You are how I'd like to be as a breeder with all my doggies in my house and treated like part of the family. :)

They are all getting SO big even Tilly's babies are chunks already. Bailey 2 bits of advice first you NEED to ask Santa for a counter with a raised sink/grooming tub it will save your back and you can wash whatever you need to right there in the dog room and get hot water for puppy food as well. The second thing is try litterboxes.... omg they are so much better just make sure you use the dog litter "second nature" I think it's called so much cleaner than those puppy pads with the holders and good for dogs of any age or size. Big litters you will just need to have a few boxes and you can scoop them throughout the day and empty them as needed ... I could not stand those covers on the trys they are awful and get disgusting and yes backbreaking work cleaning them all! Just my 2 cents I hope Santa is good to you and brings you a raised grooming tub because you need it! Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas!

It’s good that Indy gets in with the puppies even for a shot time. Means the pups get used to another dog that isn’t their mum. I think, I’m not a dog breeder so I’m not sure

You said Tilly likes to dig how do you get her to not dig up the blankets on the corners of those whelping boxes ...they never work for me I have to use duct tape and then it makes the box look ugly & so hard to get blankets off 🤪def not easy... most people have no clue 😮‍💨

maybe a bissell steam shot would make that tedious part of the morning routine easier

i could be wrong but i believe its a 4x4 in a 5or6x10 kennel

You need to give the puppies a bigger place to be. They are literally inside their toilet areas. And it causes behavior problems where dogs have trouble stopping peeing and pooping in the house because they have lived in a dirty environment.

I have three doodles and I thank God for my breeders .. but im not breeding .. my babies are fixed .. I wouldn’t want to sell them knowing me I would wanna keep them all 😂😂😂.. I have my three and I’m done .. tat’s all I can handle .. and then with them living in the house is a doodle romper 😂😂😂 between vet appointments.. doggie day care .. really expensive food and maintenance that’s all that’s in my budget for FURRBABIES is three… you have beautiful babies
