Hey Sara I’ve been watching you since 2015 and i love your videos so much and you make me wanna eat healthy more so here is a recipe i learnt that I want you to try: avocado,lemon,salt. Steps: squish avocado till soft. 2- add lemon until you like it 3- add a pinch of salt and voila you have a yummy avocado treat you can also eat it with nachos! Hope you enjoy it!!!❤❤❤

Hey Sarah I have a suggestion for you! I know you have been going natural and you made your own cleaner which is so great! But I also know that you use essential oils sometimes, so I'm wondering... Have you heard of DoTerra? Its an essential oil company and all of their oils are sourced from where they naturally grow, they arent diluted, and they are organic and all natural! But anyways, they have something call On-Guard. Its an essential oil blend and you can use it for immunity, being sick, and plus they made it into a cleaner!
