As a 23 black kid, raised in the ghetto, catching a few cases, and now having a beautiful wife and 2 beautiful daughters. You’re a true father figure to me and helped me switch my life around. Haven’t gotten the balls to start school yet. But it’s a goal to get started by next year. It’s been rough scheduling time to do so, but me and the wife are ready. Thank you for everything! I’d love it if you dropped some motivational videos for us young folks feeling lost and trying to get like you Top G

Dear Dr. Webb, Thank you so much for being such an incredible inspiration to us all. I have followed your path especially since it became clear that we actually share a lot of things including in a military background and its been an incredible privilege watching and learning from your journey. Your lessons on balancing life as a physician or physician-in-training has been a huge blessing. Lessons like a surgeon always being prepared, having a strict schedule, balancing your life and taking good care of your body like a professional athlete have become biblical guidelines for me since medical school and now as a neurosurgery resident. I started medical school married with 2 kids aspiring to be a neurosurgeon. The journey was super challenging but I am thankful to have made it through to neurosurgery residency, thanks to incredibly valuable mentorship like this that you provide virtually. I will be honored to connect with you for mentorship and guidance as I continue to navigate this path? Finding an intentional black mentor in such a highly demanding specialty of medicine like orthopedics and neurosurgery who is willing to impact and guide the upcoming generation like you do is super rare. Would there be a professional means or platform, or a mentorship course that you offer? Thanks

I’m far from a doctor and probably never will be, however this is such a motivating video. I’m quitting drinking as of today, time to start taking life a bit more seriously, even though I’m 40 lol.

Respect to you! The Jordan 4 is my all time favorite in the original black and red colorway.
