I love this! I’m not Christian myself but but I’m glad I finally have something to share with my dedicated friends ❤ and it’s just nice to have this. It’s approachable, it’s all inclusive, adjustable, and something I want to share with my Christian friends and family. Especially my mom who’s a Christian and undergoing chemo treatment right now. She didn’t have good experience with church but the teachings are important to her and that time she spends with the Bible is important to her. I try to encourage her to spend that time with the Bible and bought her a special edition Bible but I think the pocket edition you have may have been a better idea! Maybe I’ll make her a little kit as a gift 🎁

Hey Kristine. Don't worry about whether other people think you're more or less of a Christian for not having read it from front to back. You're wise to take your time as there are layers to some of those chapters. Take it one at a time if you must, after all there's value in really taking the time to sit with the lessons each offer unto the table of your mind and spirit. Also, it's better to take your time and know than to read it all the way through over and over, and potentially miss the lessons that are right there explained in overview/summary easier than a tva handbook. Also, I liked your use of the word in that prayer you put up on the screen. It's always nice when it's worded so healthily that I'd would still be I'll if it made manifest literally. I as a non-believer with other non-believers have been used as ammunition against those with faith because of my knowledge of the Bible and I take great distaste in that. I grew up jehovah witness and while I do not hold the Christian faith I hold a great respect and reverence for the love and relationship Christian’s have with their god. If anyone should make you feel guilty or less than for simply not having the read the entirety of your religious text that is a crime itself! To seek his wisdom is something he asks if you again and again in those pages and to pretend even if you or have read the entirety that you understand it all is to disregard that directive. You are seeking his word, you are seeking his guidance. You are seeking growth as he asks of you and that is BEAUTIFUL ❤ please all who are practicing their faith take happiness and introspection into your time you commit with god and his teachings. Not the words of others! It is your relationship with him.

So cool to see how you have a schedule that isn't so strict and even a schedule for prayer with God. First thing I do is pray my morning-offering and then the Bible in a Year with Fr. Mike, either 1 or a half episode a day. Sometimes I do a prep-prayer before Scripture, but sometimes I just want to ignore my conscience to pray before reading. But in this video, you showed me that it is important to prepare for Scripture so I'll try to make it a priority so I can hear the Word better. May God bless you! :D

I also like to have oil in my coffee because it makes the coffee more rich and delicious! At 13:33 I loved the idea of writing what inspires you on a sticky note, then hanging it on the wall to remind you that you're not alone and that god is with you! That is such a beautiful idea and can be applied to other religious scriptures. Thank you for sharing this idea with us. This was such a nice video! Keep up the awesome work!!

@Kristineyu thank you for the video, I’m glad to see a modest video of a believing woman doing and explaining in relatable way Bible study. Abba called me back to Himself in summer of 2014 and said “read My Word for yourself”. Ever since then it’s been a wonderfully amazing time of just learning at His feet and I’ve been amazed by all He’s shown me and taught me, continually refining me and showing me things to let go and grow from. It took me 6 months to get through John finishing at end of 2014….there was just so much!! And while I’ve read quite a bit, some things over and over again I still haven’t read the entire Bible. But I do now He’s laying that on my heart to do, so I’m in Genesis; reading it in an interesting way…1) some days I feel He just has me read it, no notes or anything currently in Ch 17 2) writing it out from the beginning each verse in a notebook currently middle of Ch 3, 3) the. Lastly having me go back in my notebook on the opposite page of my verses I wrote and break down words He “highlights” for me to look up further in English and Hebrew including Pictograph Hebrew. The very word Genesis means beginning in He res but pictograph Hebrew is “the start of the Covenant” (I’m paraphrasing would have to see what I wrote down.) It’s all about Him and us getting to know Him more and more! Jesus is amazing and all that He did for us!
