【My Mom's Turnip Cake Recipe】This tastes just like Congee Queen's! Copycat sauce recipe!

This is one of my go to orders when I visit Congee Queen :)
Ingredient:
270g of white radish
1/2 cup rice flour
2 tablespoons corn starch
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp of salt
1 green scallion
1 tbsp pickled veggie
1 egg
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp water

What is the name of your blender ?
I saw your mom's video, I would like to teach you a Hokkian type Fried Turnip Cake, use the rice flour recipe . Savoury Char Kuih Kak :- 1-2 eggs , 1 cup of beansprouts, Few stalks of Chinese chives (optional) - cut into 3 cm length. Chopped 1 tablespoon of preserved radish, minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, thcik soya sauce, Dashes of white pepper , Sugar to taste, 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil or lard. Chili paste ( optional ). Seafood ( Optional too )

What is the brand name of your frying pan?
This is one of the childhood street foods that I grew up with. Usually they stir fry the turnip cake ( small cube size) on a large pancake- like griddle, and it would go with some beansprout, Chinese chives, egg and dark & light soy sauce as well to give it some nice color. The flavor that comes from cooking over the super hot flame- makes it a great combination! Very nostalgic. Thank you for sharing. You nailed it again. Keep up!

中文的搜田园 星洲炒萝卜糕 把酱汁改成: 1 tsp sriracha 1 tsp oyster sauce 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 3 tbsp water 其他都一样
