That commentor clearly doesn't know what hush money/dirty money feels like. I was r@ped when I was a kid. They bought me anything and everything. Gave us money to "make up for the mistake". It makes you feel bought. Makes you feel like you can't speak up now because you got all this stuff. It made me feel disgusting. I hated everything I was given. Even my favorite foods which I used to have tantrums to eat I wouldn't touch it if they brought it for me. Sure 2.5 million is life changing but he's already wealthy enough. They don't need it. So why take it from someone else's son who probably needs it way more? That's just greedy

Hush Money isn't payed to the son of the supposed victim 30 something years after the assault. that and the fact that the mom is against a DNA test pokes holes in her story
