@@liashufflepuffs3584 yes!! I started by waking up at 6am because I worked at the office at 9. Now, I wake up at 7am since I no longer work at the office. I still get up and do my SAVERS most mornings. Especially visualization, affirmations and exercise. It just makes me feel a lot more put together in the mornings, more relaxed, and more like myself!

You are amazing. My last time in treatment I came across this book and his has changed my life. I did not complete it, but I held on to all the valuable information. What stood out to me and what I hold as the and most thing to do in the mornings drink a full glass of water. Stay well on your journey and take care.
I definitely need to implement this! Perhaps not so early for me though 😆 I always feel rushed in the morning and that’s not a great way to start a day!

Could I make a suggestion? Please consider learning the material of Dr. Jack Kruse and use blue blocking glasses when you wake up and turn on your white light. One of my pre-sunrise activities is to actually watch the sun rise outside (not through a window) to reset my circadian rhythm.

We bought it at a place called Furniture Factory... I think?? It was 5 years ago! But honestly, it looks nice but the quality is not so good. The zippers on the cushions have all busted and the legs don't stayed screwed in anymore. I'd recommend a company like Article. They don't have as many fun colors, but the quality is supposedly better

I usually go to bed at 10PM and unless I'm sick or have been up all night with my baby, I'll get up at 5AM

I made the video over a year ago so my son is a toddler now sleeping in a bed and goes to sleep on his own.

Whoops! Wrong video reply 😅 no I'm not doing a miracle morning right now because I just had a baby 2 weeks ago. So I sleep whenever I can and am usually awake most of the night
